"This was a horrible experience! When we entered the room it immediately felt dirty. The room had a strong musty smell and an overall unclean feeling that stuck to you. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub as if the room had not been properly cleaned at all. A fresh roll of toilet paper had not even been placed on the holder and there were pieces scattered on the floor around the toilet. We immediately reported this to the front desk. They did offer to move us to another room, but by that point we were already looking for other hotels. The staff did not seem apologetic and refused to refund both nights of our stay. After continuing to press the issue, they told us to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia then contacted the hotel, and the hotel refused the refund request. I would strongly encourage potential guests to look elsewhere. The property advertises clean, upgraded rooms that look nothing like the room we were given. "

"My girlfriends and I stayed at the Hilton tempo hotel recently to go to a concert and the hotels absolutely great! We loved it! We loved the way it was decorated. The staff was very friendly. It was super clean and new and everything was wonderful, easy check-in. The only small hiccup was when we were leaving. It was hard to get a cart to get our luggage out to the car. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what but we ended up getting our own cart and getting our stuff out which was fine but that was the only thing I change about the stay. Location was also perfect!"
