This property is top notch. Is is not brand new but is well manicured, the valet staff were on top of things. Check-in was a breeze and check out was even easier. Multiple pools allowed for people to spread out and beach access was easy. 10/10 WILL stay here again!

The staff had such positive energy and they were so helpful. The only thing that I would mention to other travelers is that there is a lot of walking, there are very long, narrow halls between rooms, so if you have issues walking, I would request a room on the first floor closest to the exits.

We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to jump our battery after we pushed them to do so. After the car started, we had no more problems the rest of our stay. We switched from valet to self parking and saved about $100.

The accommodations are great, even in the off season. Most staff members are outstanding, especially the bellmen and room services. A singular front desk staff member can take their disdain down a notch when requesting a new TV remote in person, after I tried to call down with said request and was hung up on.

Oceanfront first floor room could see only the horizon of the ocean. I do not feel this should be priced as an ocean front, though of course there is no resort view from 1003 and that is good. First floor rooms should be priced lower due to not having a full view of the ocean due to dunes. The staff were friendly and the dining and bars were tasty. The sliding bathroom doors hurt my fingers and should be updated. Closet doors stick and the humidity is high inside even though we did not keep our sliding glass door open. I do appreciate the dark room with minimal electronics’ lights. Renting the firepit was a great way to share a relaxing evening. The valet staff were attentive and quick. The beach service of renting an umbrella and chairs are seasonal.
