“I booked luxury family suite with breakfast buffet and confirmed by hotels.com, but we got a studio room and breakfast by order (although it is also complimentary )when we reached there. That make me some disappionted. Besides, the location of the hotel is about 3km on the hill, and the road condition is poor. Except that, the general environment of the hotel and the design of the building,court is nice. Just a bit of old.”

“What we didnt like - strange smell in the rooms, staff pushing all the time to go for buffet meals, getting hot and spicy dishes despite explicitly stating "no chillies", garden was unkempt. Breakfast was decent, chet was quite apologetic about the faux pas with dinner and tried best to make amends.”

“The resort booked thru hotels.com and confirmed they made us wait for 1 hour for check in as confirmation mail not sent by hotels.com We were shocked as no lunch was available as we reached around 1230pm on ordering nothing was served. Further restaurant is non Ac and staff is unprofessional. The entrance to resort is narrow and makes you feel you are entering a very narrow and land locked space. There is no tourist desk and staff is unhelpfull reservation manager speaks and intimidating...
