A beautiful little family run hotel. The breakfasts were amazing. The room was spacious, the bathroom was beautiful! The family that staffs the hotel are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at Velco BB Himare was so incredible, it’s an amazing family business with some of the most delicious food! People are queuing up every night to get a table ! Thank you for the amazing people that work together to create such a beautiful peaceful place to stay. Me and my friends felt so welcome and safe - the room also was the perfect size and super clean ! We will most definitely be coming back here again !

Our stay in Himara was made good due to the staff at Velco. We had an unfortunate experience at one of the beach bars, however due to the kindness of the staff, who quickly assisted us with what ever we required, the vacation in Himara was not completely ruined. They brought food to the room and even drove us to the hospital. The two teenage boys are LEGENDS in our eyes. Furthermore, the two waitresses were great. One of them even stayed up and tried getting us a cab back home from the hospital where one of the chefs drove us. Cleaning staff and the chefs were lovely as well. The two owners (I think) are also friendly. Best staff ever. Only thing we could put a finger on is the bathroom, where it would be nice to have a shower curtain as to not splash all over the place. All being said, if we come back to Himara we will definitely stay here!!

Expensive for what it delivers. Overall it’s clean and alright, but the bathroom sucks. It’s impossible to shower without getting the entire bathroom soaked in water. And there were no curtains in my room so the light in the morning was also a problem.
