가성비 최강. 아침은 별로.
모든방에 포함된 주방으로 요리가 가능하며, 숙소는 매우 깨끗하고 큰 규모를 자랑했습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 아침이 너무 별로라는것 입니다. 매우 만족하는 숙소였습니다.

저렴하지만 있을건 다 있어요 재스퍼에 숙소를 못잡아서 이곳에 묵었는데 주변에 마켓도 가깝고 미에트온천등 재스퍼로 다니기도 괜찮았어요 아침식사도 괜찮았어요 방은 좀 좁지만 가성비 좋아요~

블랙베어인이 최근 이코노 로지 인 으로 바뀌었습니다 또한 힌툰이란곳이 자스퍼에서 좀 떨어진곳인데 오가는 도로주변이 너무 아름다워 꼭 권하고시 습니다 이 허텔은 리모델링하여 객실도 매우깨끗했으며 직원들도친절했습니다 객실내 냉장고 전자레인지 간이주방시설등이 잘준비되어 너무 좋았습니다 가격에비해 넘 만족하여 담기회되면 또 찿고싶습니다

Wife and I were very excited to spend the weekend at the Crimson and enjoy the mountains but unfortunately our vehicle broke down and our weekend was ruined. As I called the hotel in distress, the representative told me they would allow me cancel the reservation without any fees, due to my situation. I appreciated this so much! She said “you have to call Expedia first though” so I did, and proceeded to cancel. Then 3 days later I find out that the manager of the Crimson declined their original offer and charged me anyway. It would’ve been a nice time to help us out since it wasn’t our fault and we would’ve stayed there when we go back in a month. Definitely will look elsewhere after that

The beds were so high (measured at 31" ground to upper mattress surface that my wife could not get onto the bed. In the end she had to climb on achair to get on which was definitely unsafe. No other Coast hotel has this problem and we stay in several. There must be a lot of older people using your hotel even if not disabled. Falling when getting out would be serious for young kids as wellm as elderly, especially on the nice new hard floor which we like. It is a health hazard as well as poor service. We wont be going back unless things change.

Terrible stay, ignored safety issue
This hotel doesn’t care about safety. The bed frame has a metal part sticking out about 6 inches on both sides of the bed. We complained about it only to find out they already knew about it and they did nothing. They refused to do anything to rectify the issue even though the kids were getting hurt by it. They said the hotel was fully booked and could not give us another room, but it didn’t seem busy. The food ran out for the breakfast before 8 am the last day we were there. Nothing left but some milk, bread and cereal and a little juice. There might have been some apples left. When we spoke to the front desk they said it was busy so they ran out of supplies. The towel bar was missing in the bathroom, and someone had jammed tissue down the sink drain. In short, this hotel didn’t care about safety, is poorly maintained and just poorly run in general. This is the worst Coast “Hotel” I have ever stayed in. If this is the new standard for Coast hotels, I will be avoiding them like the plague.

First our room was changed and we were charged more for the room which was not our fault. If our room was not available then we should have been accommodated at the same price. We compromised on a lot of things. Lastly they should not offer breakfast as it was terrible, basically there was nothing to eat. So if you can't offer a decent breakfast then just eliminate it.

The place is okay for an overnight stay, but it feels like it could use a bit of love. For the price it a perfectly fine and convenient stop over.

We stayed for two nights. No housekeeping for the second night. Would have been nice to a tidy room with a bed made and maybe a fresh towel on the second night. The breakfast pictures show a waffle maker. There is no waffle maker. Bread only, no bagals, no English muffins. No muffins

The hotel itself was fine. The problem was the poor customer treatment. Many months after my stay at the hotel, they surprised me with a late hotel charge without reducing the fee. I didn’t have much money to pay (I’m a student), but they didn’t care. I tried to contact customer service, but they don’t have a customer service number. I strongly recommend staying at a hotel thar charges you on time and also gives you recourse when you’re treated unfairly.
