"The property is old and it shows, the lightning in the room was old and wasn’t enough. Laundromat was always busy and dryers were not enough Room amenities like coffee and water wasn’t there. Though staff was friendly and helpful, but property just need to renovate to Japanese standards. Though room were bigger, but Overall this hotel the worst on our trip."

"This is located in the heart of Hiroshima. A beautiful, newer hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel has a big lobby so you won’t feel crowded. The rooms are clean and spacious and the location provides shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and attentive. I highly recommend this property."

"Very central. Close to the peace museum and walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"There I free shuttle from the train station to hotel which was helpful because we had to walk one night because we arrived past the time. It’s not too far. It’s close to the JR west terminal to get to Miyajima. We didn’t utilize the bath because we had tattoos so can’t say. But liked the amenities bar and had kid la shampoo and body wash available. But didn’t see much families though. Was a nice location."

"In general the hotel is nice. Nice interior. Seem no hook for my bath towel in the bathroom. Overall the staff are nice and helpful. Close walk to Hiroshima JR station."
