"Really old hotel in serious need of TLC. Traditional room had the wall stained and scratched. The hallway were dirty. The dinner and breakfast however were good. Nice location. Appreciated foot onsens. "

We had no problem communicating in Japanese but did find some of the Indian staff speaking English with us...
