"Beautiful hotel directly across from the train station but also walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We arrived on a morning train, our luggage was tagged and taken to our room for us. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I had WiFi problem in my room, it was on and off, asked the front desk to change room, request was denied, so I had problems booking train tickets, and other tickets.
