From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford! "

"Very handy for trip to Wembley Stadium to see Guns n Roses. Parked at Stanmore Station and got the Jubilee Line tube in to Wembley Park. Mattress in our room needs to be changed - the innards and springs were exposed. Also only one mug and one teaspoon for 2 persons... Very handy to get drinks from the 24 hour bar after we returned from the gig after midnight. Thanks very much."
