Amazing Hotel
This is a amazing Hotel very friendly staff and very helpful, lovely clean rooms everywhere come to that. The Restaurant had a fabulous menu to very fast service need to ask them to slow down between courses perhaps !

My stay in Tanger was spoiled because of this hotel. I have booked and paid for a room for sleep 4 via Expedia. At the hotel, they said you cannot share a room with Kids (11 and 17 yrs), and they asked for extra money. when I showed them the Expedia confirmation, they responded that maybe it was a mistake from Expedia. It took me over 1 hr to justify before getting a room with two extra camping beds for the kids. I checked later on Expedia; I found that the hotel considers 17 yrs old as kids under their policy. Briefly, those are the problems with this hotel. - I paid for 4 people via Expedia, and they gave me camps beds for my kids. The price for my room was $108, and the price for a double room was $65. So, I paid almost double. - The breakfast was included; however, they didn't serve breakfast for my kids. (Shame on you, this is Moroccan hospitality) - The first time I saw one pillow/person in a hotel. I asked twice for a pillow, but I didn't get one. - The staff is there, all beginners. They can smile on your face but will not do anything for you. - The pool and gym are on the booking apps. However, they are misleading; you have to pay $20/per pers/day if you want to exercise for 20 min. I tried to cancel, but it was not refundable. To Expedia and Miranda Hotel, thank you for spoiling my weekend.

Dear Sir,Thank You for sharing your stay experience at Hotel Miranda.We find it obligatory to share our explanation regarding a mis-understanding of the child ages.According to the Hotel policy only child under 6 years a free to share the parents room.However,we have added two beds for free in a upgrade room for free (child age 17-yrs old).for the swiming pool the price is justified since you can use fitness -pool-sauna and jacuzzi ;time unlimited.We have done all our best to make you stay as confortable as possible.Please accept our sincère apologize for this inconvénient.Best Regards
