We booked this hotel for our last 3 nights in Vietnam as it looked really good. We were disappointed with the room we had booked, but thanks to Matthew, he worked with us and found a room that met our expectation for the money we had paid. Quan was super friendly and greeted us every day. Great location and the breakfast was okay.

Check-in is disorganized, but all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Every morning at breakfast, one employee was extra welcoming. Interacting with Thuy Giang in the dining room was a lovely way to start our days. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Also, the hotel treats you to a meal and daily happy hour drinks, which was an unexpected bonus. We also love the restaurant next door called Hong Phat.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The room was great, the rooftop bar was excellent, the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bruno in particular was extremely helpful, helping us book a tour and taxi to the airport.
