Additionally, drinks in the room are complimentary and can be refilled anytime upon the guests’ request.As we are a city hotel, our rooms may not be as quiet as you had expected. Nonetheless, all of our windows are double-glazed for optimal noise reduction and the music usually stops at around 11p.m. to midnight. Earplugs are also set up in every room for the guests in case they are light sleepers. On one hand, being a city hotel gives us a location advantage, which is often of great convenience for our guests. On the other hand, experiencing external noise is a common issue encountered by the majority of city hotels.Once again, we apologize for all the inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
