I am so UNHAPPY with this service. They cancelled our booking the day we landed from london to Ho Chi Minh due to the air con not working even though they had other rooms available on their site. Customer service was also so bad and not responsive and we had no place to go when we landed due to the poor communication even though we booked this over 6 months ago. We had to pay almost double the price for another hotel on the day. I’m honestly appalled with this service and don’t recommend this place to stay for anyone.
And the receptionist had no manners at all when we went to the hotel demanding a refund. The guy was picking his nose whilst he was speaking to us and it was disgusting. Not even joking he was doing it for like 5 minutes straight.
It was disgusting - I don’t recommend this place at all.

繁華街が近く歩いて行けます。ケンタッキー・フライド・チキンも近いのでベトナム料理に飽きても大丈夫です。設備や清潔を求めるなら厳しいですが、この価格でこの立地なら文句はありません。また泊まります

Énorme vol ée de marches très raides pour arriver à la réception. Accueille aussi désagréable qu’incompétent . J’ai réservé deux chambres. Photocopie des passeports et photo de ceux ci! Check in à 14h …. Ok nous revenons à 13h57 VÉRIDIQUE ! Vous devez attendre 14h sinon je vous fais pais un jour supplémentaire ! J’obtiens ma clé, par contre il n’y a pas d’autre chambre réservée et l’hôtel est plein . Je montre ma réservation, j’appelle le centre d’aide . Rien n’y fait ! Cela dure jusqu’à ce que je demande s’il y a une reservation au nom figurant sur l’autre passeport. Oui!
