Good location, Korean Town

Jack apartment is a nice place: new, super clean and modern. It’s located in the heart of district 7 that you can walk to the biggest mall and any restaurant, coffee shops.... The staffs is really nice, they cleaned our room everyday and helped us with anything we need. Highly recommend

잭 아파트먼트 85로 예약했고 갔을때 잭아파트먼트 64로 안내를 받았습니다. 사진과 크게 다르지 않은 룸컨디션이었기에 크게 문제되진 않을것 같습니다. 잭아파트먼트 64 1층에는 상점이 있는데 밤에는 셔터를 내리기 때문에 방키와 함께 셔터 리모컨을 같이 줍니다. 방 상태도 깨끗하고 가격에 비해 많이 만족스러웠습니다.

このホテルは韓国人街の7区にあり、飲食店も多く、普段使いのコンビニからショッピングモールも近くロケーションとしてはいいです。中心街まで30分。朝食サービスはありませんので、ベトナム慣れしたかたなら、快適に感じます。部屋は広く、設備も満足です。ランドリーの無料サービスは長期滞在派には最高のサービスです。

周圍環境及住宿該感善問題

房間挺乾淨的, 周圍是韓國城, 雖然不大但是還是有不少韓國餐廳, 若想要吃韓式(烤肉)可以選擇住在這一區, 住宿問題的部份, 蓮蓬頭的水有些小, 熱水不夠穩定, 若多間旅客同時間用水高樓層住戶會無法用熱水. 要找尋櫃台人員有些難找, 若沒有越南電話有時會不太好找到人.

Purely simply comfortable room.

If you are looking for very comfort room to stay, without any need for services, this is the place to go. The owner has various unit near 85 Luxury apartment, and I stay in a unit about 100 mtr away. If you are fine with Airbnb; you will be happy with this. Location wise, this is great if you need to stay in district 7. There are many restaurant around. Bring along a bar of soap if you are not use to package dispensable liquid soap.

Far from city centre

I was given a different room upon check in without being consulted. Owner said it's because of water leakage but I should have been informed before check in and given the option to cancel my accommodation booking. When I arrive, a man brought me via a short taxi ride to another building and the whole experience made me feel that they hope that I wouldn't notice. Upon checking in new room, it doesn't seem ready to receive guests at all - no toilet papers, no toiletries, no hair dryer, and the two towels on the bed were hand towels! We had to contact the staff several times in order to have the usual things that any apartment would have. The place itself is big, clean and spacious at least. However, there are quite a few mosquitoes in the building and in our room. The apartment is very far from city centre so definitely not for holiday makers who want to visit places like Ben Thanh market. I was lucky that I only booked for one night and prior to this I stayed at District 1 due to a flight cancellation to Phu Quoc. I was able to visit the different places in HCMC before I ended my trip at jacks apartment. Although jack gave a free airport transfer and laundry (which we didn't use), I felt that the whole experience is a let down. He has 4 buildings and he should advertise very clearly. I wont recommend this apartment for people who are visiting HCMC for sightseeing. It seems more suited for long term stays and it's in a korean town with korean restaurants and minimart

新しく清潔なアパートタイプのホテル

新築らしくとにかく部屋が清潔で綺麗、しかも炊事ができるようキッチンに食卓テーブル、ＩＨ，電気がま、湯沸かし用ポット、スプーン、ホークなど調理器具が揃っており、部屋の広さも日本のビジネスホテルの２~３倍ありゆったりして快適でした。浴室にはバスタブも有り熱いお湯もたっぷりです。 ただ、ホテルと云うより貸しアパートの感じ、フロントにはボーイではなく、管理人と云った気さくな青年（日本語は通じないが英語はＯＫ）と下働きの人が２人、フロントの奥にはバイクや自転車が置いてあり雑然としていた、最初は驚いたが慣れれば気にならない。２日連泊しました。 　　ひとつ難点はホーチミン第７区のコリアン街でベン・タイン市場やドンコイ通り等中心地から離れているのでタクシーで１５~２０分掛かります。今流行りのＵＲＢＥＲ（？）タクシーで半額の２００～２５０円位でした。又、ホテルの真向かいに韓国料理店が有り、店のオーナーが日本語がＯＫなので困った時には頼りになります。
