Gorgeous space with lots of character. Spacious bed, lovely decor, unique design. Down a peaceful alley despite being in district 1 of HCMC. No noise could be heard from the streets only a handful of steps away. Hosts were extremely responsive and always helpful. We were really thrilled with our stay!

Phuong Was excellent hosts! Gave great recommendations, waited for us to arrive eventhough we were late and when we came back last to sleep, they were there to greet us at the door. Room was great and the location is so accessible and near to the town. Only regret is that we did not stay there longer. Thank you my friend for the hospitality and the stay!

The apartment is very quiet which I thoroughly enjoyed, the view is spectacular and the AC is working. I was welcomed personally and even picked-up from the bus station. Staff at the hotel was also very friendly. The host went above and beyond to help me arrange for a pick-up for my next destination and had staff make sure that I got on the right bus.

Great place for a quite & private stay-cation. I just stayed inside the room to enjoy my own time. Host team is responsive almost 24/7. Internet is fast - no error during my stays. Check-in & check-out have no issue. Recommended to many of my friends about this hidden gem. Definitely will come back again.

It's a nice cozy little place at the end of the alley. The place is neat, clean and comfortable with all the amenities as listed. We stayed there just for a night and this room was very comfortable and close to most of the things you would want to see in Ho Chi Minh City.

Booked and prepaid for a Premier 2-bedroom apartment (an upgrade from standard). Upon arrival, the Premier apartment was not available. I was instead shown a substandard substitute that did not match the listing or what I paid for. The on-site property agent confirmed that no Premier apartments were available and explicitly instructed me to request a full refund and cancellation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia immediately. Expedia attempted to reach the property repeatedly over several days but received no response. As a result, the accommodation I booked was never provided, and I did not receive the services I paid for. I was forced to secure alternative accommodations in another district, which wasted my first day of travel and significantly disrupted the start of my trip. This experience involved misrepresentation and complete non-responsiveness from the property. Extremely disappointing and not what was advertised.

Check in didn’t work out since we arrived 10 minutes late. Their hours of check in was until 11pm. We tried calling at 9:40pm from the airport due to long lines at immigration , however, the call kept dropping and they didn’t respond to Expedia chat forum. Upon arrival, we had security contact them and they said room was sold out. We questioned it due to already having a confirmed booking but no success. We had to book another room for the night. The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms looked nothing like the pictures. Place was not kept up and not clean for my price but acceptable for hostel cost. Shower pressure was never warner than lukewarm and shower pressure was equivalent to a portable camping shower bag. One of the showers was difficult to get into. They installed the door to swing in. Once in, unless you were stick thin, you would have to press your naked body against the not so clean shower to close shower door. For a 6 day stay, they only provide 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in master bathroom and 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the guest bathroom. When I asked property for more they said to wait, on 3rd inquiry, they told me to buy it myself. We are not asking much but 1/2 a roll isn’t sufficient per person for a week unless you skip popping.
