A true gem in Ho Chi Minh City Mai House is an absolute must when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel exudes elegance and boutique charm, with superb service that makes every guest feel truly special. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The concierge team is impeccable—always attentive and ready to help with anything you need. The pool and common areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to enhance the quality of meat in the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. That said, I will always choose Mai House for my stays in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so at home.

I booked a room nonrefundable but able to change the day . Then when my schedule changed , i went to request change the day , they don't have any available for 2 months ahead. This this is not acceptable. There was no room and even if we down graded! They should keep a couple of rooms avaliable for situations like this and not say change the day. If they cant change the day for two months than it should be refundable!! Not happy!!
