Pretty good

Pretty good stay. Sections of the hotel look very tired, could do with an update. AC wasn't very powerful. Overall a pretty convenient location and good for a short stay.

Arrived 5 minutes before 2pm check in time and they said you have to wait until 2pm to checkin! Breakfast photos are all over their website, however they no longer offer breakfast. Which has always been free with your accommodation as I’ve stayed there multiple times over the past 12 years.

Moldy place

This place is full of mold. In the bathroom there was a water leak from the roof so it was always wet floor and a lot of mold. Very dangerous and unhealthy. We told the staff, they offered a new room but didn’t care about the water leak. We had cockroaches in the room. Only nice thing was the comfortable bed.

Terrible - avoid this place!

We do not recommend this place! The staff speaks very little English, are not very nice and smoke in the lobby. We woke up at 2am because the fire alarm was going off. Not 100% sure if it was the staff but we saw them smoking earlier. The rooms are very disgusting - walls are dirty and they don’t empty the trash can between different guests. The price do not match the place at all!

Be careful with this hotel not recommended

I have been to this hotel in years past it was wonderful they changed owners and I would not recommend it at all. 5 days in the hotel they did not make the room once didn't take the trash out it started piling up. At the end of the stay they charged me $25 for checking out half hour late. The staff is unacceptable at best. I would advise everybody to look very carefully as to rent in this hotel. It was a couple rooms where people didn't spend the night and I'm not sure exactly what was going on other than they used it for an hour and left you make the decision what they were doing.

Very disappointing

This is the first negative review I have ever done. The first room I was in had a broken fridge, a broken air conditioner and was not clean. I asked to be moved. The second room had a broken toilet and broken tv. I asked for them to be fixed and was told that this was a bad hotel, I should expect things like this. I fixed the toilet myself. The room was dirty and unmaintained. The shower curtain and bathroom walls had mould everywhere, and the sleeping area had filthy walls, mould and humidity pealing paint. If you are asthmatic stay away from this place. There was one helpful person at the front desk.

If you're just looking for a super cheap accommodation, this is good enough. However, that is about the only thing you'll get. Front desk service is...pretty lousy (guy isn't very friendly, and basically doesn't do anything). Room is not exactly the cleanest (there was a cockroach in my room on L4, which we got rid of ourselves and didn't see anymore thereafter, BUT STILL). The dressing table was a little dusty, but I just wiped it down with my own wet tissue. Wardrobe door is a little creaky. One thing to also note - the electricity in the room goes out once you leave the room (remove the key from the wall plug) so the fridge switches off, which means anything you try to chill - does not continue chilling. Overall, not recommended unless your #1 priority is cost.

フロントは日本語を話す明るい女性がいましたが結婚してアメリカに行くとか、辞めたら日本語は通じません。 サービスの水、コーヒーは無し、アメニティーも 期待しないでください、寝るだけの古いホテルです。 目の前にコンビニがあるから水はそこで買うようにして ください。 安い部屋を選んだからか、 ベッドメイキングや掃除も２日に１回といわれました。 エアコンはゴンゴン音がしてます。 このホテルを決めたのはバスが付いてたから、 でも蛇口が動かない、シャワーで湯船に溜めました。 お湯は熱いのが出ます。 WiFiもホテルよりも他所から漏れてるフリーWiFiが 速いです。 ホテルの良いところは無関心だから出入りが楽です。 女性を連れ込むには気兼ねないですね。 エレベーターに空のコンドーム袋が捨ててありました。 ただホテルの前には女性はいないです。

Wir vebrachten 11 Nächte in einem "Deluxe-3-Bett-Zimmer", das bei der Buchung mit 32qm angegeben war. Das Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben, war höchstens 24qm. Die Lager des Hotels ist gut, nahe an allem und trotzdem für Saigons Verhälnisse ruhig. Das Zimmer wurde nicht automatisch sauber gemacht, sondern nur nach Aufforderung. Klopapier wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt. Staff ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, abgesehen von einem Mitarbeiter, als wir bei ihm wegen Magen-Darm-Problem nach einer 2.Rolle Klopapier gefragt haben, teilte er uns mit, dass pro Zimmer und Tag nur eine Rolle gibt. Zustand des Zimmers ist heruntergekommen. Mehrere Schimmelstellen an Decke und Wand sowie reparaturbedürftigte Stellen am Fußboden. Badewanne und Wachbecken haben keine Stöpseln, sodass wir ständig kleinere Sachen in den Abguß verloren hatten. Es gab kleine kriechenden Insekten im Zimmer, deren Art wir nicht identifizieren konnten. Man nimmst es nicht so genau mit der Reinigung. Wlan ist nicht immer verfügbar oder langsam.

とにかく汚いです。

4泊しました。私はアジアのホテルは慣れている方ですが飛び抜けて汚いです。冷蔵庫の中は前の人の残りが腐った状態で入ったままでした。浴槽も髪の毛で汚く掃除そのものをしていません。全くおすすめしません。
