Quality hotel and 5 star excellent kind staff. Easy to navigate, they gave great recommendations for all that we asked for! Clean, efficient, central area to walk to most places. A bit noisy but expected due to the central location. Overall no complaints
Good - exceptional service from the front desk staff and bellhop team; very convenient location to the major sites in D1 and nearby Japantown; and room was spacious with nice aesthetics.
Bad - terrible breakfast (limited food selection and poor quality) and this service team seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but there (they were caught watching videos on their phones rather than helping guests multiple times); serious lack of amenities (no onsite pool, no lounge, workout room is like a tiny closet); despite the nice styling of the room, cheap materials used and definitely not soundproof as advertised (heard every noise from the hallway, surrounding units, and street noise).
The very definition of "style over substance".
Expensive for Vietnam. However the rooms are very nicely designed, staff are considerate. The area is great, a short little walk from a plethora of drinking and eating areas. The only lacking thing was the breakfast - very limited options, tables close to others and cold food that should be hot. It was disgusting frankly. I will stay here again but not opt for the breakfast.
Lovely place to stay, friendly hotel service and staff. Only wish they had more vegan and vegetarian options for food, but that being said lots of food options around the city
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Bathing area could be amazing if they removed the tub. Overall our stay was enjoyable and would stay here again.
The breakfast and coffee was excellent. It was quiet and everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Room was very clean and laundry service was very quick. My only possible complaint is that the room was a bit small - but in a city like HCMC who needs to stay in their room for anything but a nights rest?
Very accommodating staff, clean rooms, fast laundry service. Some rooms bigger than others (I booked here twice). Breakfast is excellent. No complaints really. Great area too - only a short walk to Book Street, the riverfront and Opera House area. Most cool things to walk to are only about 15 minutes away or a 5-10 minute Grab;)

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staffs are very nice and helpful. Very clean good location. Breakfast is ok with that price. Only thing i think the hotel needs improvement is the ac in the hallway and elevator.
We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in the heart of District 1. The location is unbeatable – right in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away, making it super convenient for dining out. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Ho Chi Minh City.
great service though was told there was additional charges for extra tenants

a) The breakfast area is very small so the staff needs to stand guard at the door to regulate the flow of hotel guests. While some guests would understand the inconvenience and gladly abide by the arrangment, it just needed a new staff's oversight and and an ungracious guest to ignore the arrangment at the door to walk in on his own, took over another customer's seat despite knowing that he was jumping the queue, to spoil the entire dining experience, which was what I had encountered. While the senior staff was professional to immediately apologize to me and offered a takeaway box, i think it was still not right, for he had chosen to accomodate the ungracious guest rather than the one abiding by the hotel rules. b) The hotel had its electricity/internet etc cut off during my stay without prior warning, resulted in my need to scramble out of hotel to conduct my online meeting midway through it. I understand that this is not a top end hotel so I would not expect top tier services, but I believe the basic courtesy to notify any inconvenience in advance, and in the event of not being able to do so, to compensate its guests for such inconveniences is how it should show its professionalism in management and sincerity towards its customers, which was lacking during my stay there. c) This hotel is less suitable for family with kids for those planning to stay here.
