We had a lovely room, equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Very comfortable bed and a bathroom fit for a queen with a big spa. Very close to the city, supermarkets and restaurants. It was very quiet considering being next to the Brooker highway, we heard nothing at all. Looking forward to coming back next time.

This was an excellent place to stay for a family, with useful kitchen facilities, plenty of room, car parking but also accessible to the attractions of Hobart by foot. Easy to recommend.

We love this place. When we head to Hobart for swimming, the location is perfect. Rooms are really big, full kitchen, perfect for a family.

Liked large size of apartment, beds comfy and new carpet. what we didn’t like was stairs and noisy fans in bathroom and toilet

This apartment was huge! If was sectioned off between the bedroom and living space too so others could sleep in. Bath water was brown though, and electric blankets didn't work but we didn't complain the rest of the space was super comfortable.

Beautiful place to stay. Our unit was fantastic, close to supermarket and places to eat/drink. We decided to book for our next Hobart trip in two months whilst there.

Rooms were much bigger than I expected and quite nice. Housekeeping done daily. Rooms fully self contained with everything you could need, washer and dryer, dishwasher and bath in the standard two bedroom apartment. Didn't find the traffic loud at all being so close to the highway. Close and easy to access everything, great park up the road at the legacy park too. Would stay again!

Property was not as advertised, was offered the correct room for half our stay which was not worth the hassle of moving rooms 3 times. Room was basically set up like it was part of a boarding house, inclusive of hearing everything from all other rooms above and below.

Brilliant stay

I was sad that we only had a night to stay here. This place is amazing, very centrally located, extremely clean and delivers great service. The views off the window are stunning.

Enjoyed our stay in this spacious Villa 15 Being right on the entry gate, only just around the corner from the highway meant that there is Traffic noise in this Villa. Traffic is quieter overnight. The parking space is awkward to back out of, then into the exit driveway. The steps down to the Villa were covered in Leaf litter so we went across the grass to the back door entry. Leaf litter around the front entry too.

Double check room capacity before you book

Note that although the Family Room says it can sleep 5, they only have beds for 4. I booked the room and paid for the extra 5th guest, but only got beds for 4.

Interesting period look to outside of apartments. Very good beds. Had a two-storey unit, so need to be able/bodied to navigate stairs and shower over bath configuration. Also suggest you will need a vehicle.
