Terrible experience ! I have 9 bed bug bites and I have emailed management. No response or sense of urgency so far . I have pictures of hair also on the sheets .

Très bien accueilli, chic et moderne, super propre. Stationnement gratuit et le métro à deux pas de marche, wifi gratuit et performant, WoW pour la machine à espresso et cappuccino gratuite! Super beau lounge pour déjeuner ou apéro. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons!!

The hotel is cozy. However, the system seems outdated. Shower doors were not able to close. The shower head didn’t function well and water was flowing upward, against the shower glass door and lacked pressure. My daughter slipped and fell in the shower due to lack of grip on the floor. There was no iron steamer or ironing board in the room, although they brought one that was stained at the bottom and kept leaking water. The receptionist was pleasant. Overall, some improvements are in order.

I would start by saying this hotel should not be part of Expedia, Book it or any other legitimate sites. We booked this hotel because we thought the room we selected would be a bit of fun with multiple mirrors and a large glass shower. When we checked in, it was hard to ignore the bullet proof glass separating the staff from the guest. The room was clean although there was a strong chemical smell. The hotel is located in a nice residential area of Montreal and is apparently a place where illegitimate business is conducted. We witness many prostitutes entering and exiting the hotel. I also came across later one evening with what i could only explain as a large man (pimp) cursing and yelling at the hotel staff through the bullet proof glass, saying they were cheating him and his 'girls'. The hotel also doesn't provide fob keys, only traditional keys and as such the outside doors are not locked. We also witnessed several police cars driving around which is very unusual for the area, being a quiet residential neighbourhood. Overall we felt very unsafe and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a very illegitimate hotel trying to legitimise through reputable sites like Expedia.

Small but well laid out room, nicely decorated, well appointed and very clean. Good heating & AC system. Lots of toiletries and towels provided. Mini - fridge was great to have. Beds _ pillows were very comfortable. Included breakfast was excellent - we were expecting a basic continental breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find hot sausages, eggs and potatoes too. Breakfast staff were phenomenal - helpful and always on top of keeping everything fresh and well stocked. Front desk staff was also excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Free parking was really nice to have, and we walked from hotel to Biodome - an easy 2km walk. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing to improve is the breakfast location. There was not enough place to sit us all and we ended up taking our breakfast in our room.

Check-in back in 1992. Bad smell in the room, old style blankets and no ceiling fan in the bathroom so, smog all over the room at shower time.

Pour ouvrir la porte de ma chambre #209 était coincée. Le premier soir, je n'ai pas pu l'ouvrir et j'ai dû faire intervenir le préposé à l'accueil qui a dû donner un coup d'épaule comme un policier qui défonce une porte. Chaque fois il fallait que je donne un très gros coup d'épaule dans la porte pour l'ouvrir. Une femme n'aurait pas pu ouvrir cette porte. Le deuxième soir je me suis fait très mal à l'épaule. Je ressens encore de la douleur et je devrai faire quelques traitements en physiothérapie. De plus, la veille de l'arrivée soit le 5 septembre en soirée vers 21h, j'ai appelé pour demander s'il y avait un petit frigo dans la chambre. Le préposé m'a répondu qu'il y avait aussi un lit et des toilettes. De par la façon dont il m'a répondu, il s'est moqué de moi. Je lui ai fait remarqué poliment que sa réponse était déplacée et manquait de respect. Il a dit ne pas comprendre et il m'a répété à nouveau que la chambre comprenait un lit avec des draps et une toilette. À une précédente question de ma part, on m'avait dit aussi qu'il y avait un déjeuner chaud inclut comprenant des œufs et de la viande comme du jambon et des saucisses. Or il y avait seulement un déjeuner continental très sommaire en semaine.

On aurait dit un motel de Pimp! Odeur de cigarette et de marijuanas dans les corridors. Brûlures de cigarettes sur le couvre lit, film de sexe en primeur en ouvrant la télé! (Pas un adon, à chaque fois qu’on ouvrait la télé c’était sur le même poste de porn). Pour payer 360$, j’aurais bien aimé être au courant, j’aurais moins fait le saut!

The front desk person was busy dealing with a housekeeping issue he did not make eye contact ignoring us while we tried to register. Also being behind a glass partition, he is removed from interacting or Provigo better customer service The room was very clean and offer good amenities and loved the neighborhood

The room was fine. It was clean, which is my main priority. There were no hooks to hang towels anywhere. There was no door to the shower, it is wide open to bedroom and the toilet is in a separate room than the sink and shower, there was no privacy sign for door, Breakfast was good, Beds were cumfy, rainfall shower was nice. We were a 30 min walk from stade Olympic. Location and price were the main reason we booked it. Would I stay here again. No.
