"I had a 2 night reservation, and I was given a corner room that it was poorly cleaned and very noisy I brought it up to the front desk personnel they offered to cancel my second night and refund me the fee so I ended up staying only one night. only to find out I was charged for the second night anyway. I went to a whole ordeal to try to recover my money to no avail they just flat out lied to me and stole my money"

"This property was a bit of a diamond in the rough. The neighborhood wasn't what I was expecting, however the hotel itself was lovely enough. It's been fairly well renovated and has some pretty touches. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was dated and could use some updating, but it was fine. The pool was a nice to have, but was just OK. The breakfast was OK - bagels, bread, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal packets, pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee. The staff were lovely and everyone greeted us. The location was good and there were some great restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a nice stay for a short visit."

"The breakfast restaurant was never open for breakfast or dinner. The coffee bar was not open over the weekend. Room was a bit over priced compared to other similar properties. Regarding staff, from check in to adding an additional night to my stay the staff was awesome. "

"Most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Cigerette burns in the bedding, stains on the mattress and walls."

"They did not have a complimentary breakfast which was disappointing. We stayed with our soccer team and that would have been really convenient to have breakfast. The jacuzzi water was dirty and almost green so we didn't use it at all. Also a microwave in the room would have been useful "
