"Staff at the front desk were disrespectful and rude. the room was horrible and had bed bugs I complained to them, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. The only thing they could do was to give me another room that I'm sure it would be the same thing, when I ask for a refund, they refuse."

"The room was very clean and even had the traditional bibles in the drawer. The room had both the microwave and mini fridge plus a coffee maker. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is just A+ amazing next door to sloan. The parking is conveniently located behind the building. The kids enjoyed having their own tv; yes the room had two smart TVs!! The only different thing I noticed is that we did not have a window, but that's OK. We utilized the hair dryer, iron board and spiffied up our dinner shirts. There is valet for a price, but those staff members were always friendly and we didn't need their service. "

"We had canceled the hotel with Expedia. They did not let the hotel know. The hotel knew we were not coming because they called us. They would not refund our money even though we did not stay in their hotel."

"The room wasn't cleaned well. There was a cigarette butt on the air conditioner and a black stain where someone had repeatedly put out cigarettes in that spot. The trash hadn't been emptied. There was debris of some kind on the towels, and hair in the tub. The shower knob(s) were not attached and the shower was either scalding hot or ice bath cold. I booked a room with two beds, we got a room with one. (Expedia failed to notify about that.) We couldn't get clean towels on day 2 because they didn't have any. But, the guy working there was nice and a helpful as he could be. "

"Stayed 3 nights. They never once cleaned our rooms. They had a newly implemented required valet parking situation. It was a disaster. There was an app that worked poorly and we often waited 20 minutes for our car that we could see but they had our keys! We have stayed there every spring since 2017 but we are done. They added a new rooftop bar without bar service and it was closed on a Saturday night. Something is horribly wrong with this hotel now. "
