"The Highlights: Outstanding staff service made our stay truly memorable. Hannah expertly resolved a first-night room issue by coordinating with the Manager for a seamless room change. Thao provided exceptional help at both the R Bar and buffet breakfast service. Our spacious room featured a separate bedroom, main bathroom, lounge area, visitors’ toilet, and two balconies – one overlooking the pool, another with stunning ocean views to Cham Island. The complimentary shuttle to Hoi An town (20+ minutes away) was very convenient, and the extensive breakfast buffet was excellent. Minor Notes: Resort dining runs slightly higher in cost than expected, though quality justifies the pricing. Bottom Line: Exceptional accommodation with outstanding staff who go above and beyond. The beautiful room, convenient amenities, and extraordinary service easily outweigh any minor cost considerations."

The other lovely ladies at breakfast ( sorry lost the paper with the names ) were also very nice to us. So close to everything and the ambiance is 10/10. I would definitely stay here again !! "Outstanding service from spa reception bar and restaurant staff. We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution. Caring and personalised service altogether!"

"Wonderful experience. Weird and amazing hotel in a paddy field, but walking distance to old town, markets and river. Food and service fantastic. Would definitely recommend for at least a night or two for the experience. "
