“We’ve stayed at lots of bed/breakfast places before, however I would rate this place more like a cheap motel. Our hostess was very nice but she reaked of alcohol when she arrived to check us in. Our room had a tiny 18” dynex tv that was equivalent to an old computer monitor. The bed linens and towels smelled terrible like mildew. We actually had to go in town & buy towels to use. The bathroom had no hooks for towels or to anything. There was no blow dryer, even the cheapest motels have hair...

“The Bavarian Inn was a very clean and friendly Inn. It was peaceful and quiet; something you don't get a most motels.We will defiantly stay there next time we go to Eureka Springs.”

“Property was under renovations. They're trying to stay operational, but only half of the property was accessible. No office, lobby or front desk. It's torn apart. A huge dumpster sit in from of the front door. The clerk/hostess who met us wore a sleeveless undershirt ("wifebeater") with no bra (eewww) in true Arkansas fashion. We took one look at the room and saw huge carpet stains, damage to the door and jamb, lots of mold/mildew in the bathroom, etc... I immediately called the travel...

“The rooms were clean and up-to-date, the property was very impressive, very relaxing , had our own deck to drink coffee on in the morning, pool, sauna and hot tub were all very enjoyable, would definitely stay there again A+”
