“On check in (9pm) the night shift lady that helped us was very nice and friendly and that’s about as good as it got. I booked the best & most expensive suite they offered which included a balcony and Jacuzzi tub. “The property is extremely run down. Wasn't expecting a palace but everything about this property was dirty, run down, tired, and needing a refresh. There was ants crawling everywhere in my room because the door was left propped open by the cleaning staff, and the weather strip on the bottom of the door was gone. I know we're in the woods but there was spider webs on all of the corners of the exterior and the balcony railings. Beds were tired, the shower was being held together with caulking, and...

“The Bavarian Inn was a very clean and friendly Inn. It was peaceful and quiet; something you don't get a most motels.We will defiantly stay there next time we go to Eureka Springs.”

“Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast.
