โThe location of the hotel was a great help to my trip. The hotel staff were considerate and friendly. There was a bending machine installed, but I didn't use it because there was no delicious food in the bending machine. However, the hotel itself was really convenient and nice to stay in.โ
โVery happy with my stay at INNSiDE. The staff were all exceptional, the hotel was clean and very trendy. The amenities were lovely, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was also too notch. We also very much enjoyed the pop up taqueria in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and I donโt hesitate to recommend it to anyone! โ
"I cannot understand why I have to pay for minibar which we DID NOT use. They charged me for $11.98(two payments of using minibar/in room water) and I asked them to cancel the fee because we didn't touch the minibar or water bottle at all. However, they just cancelled only $5.99 and did not explain this situation. I kept asking why you didn't cancel another payment of $5.99 to an assistant general manager but he hasn't got back to me yet. He just said 'payment of $5.99 was refunded' which is not a problem. Do they want just 6 bucks for service? Or what? I wish I was in the US so I can make a call but I am outside of the US. I guess they know this situation and keep ignoring my email. This is not about money. This is about your reputation and trust. If you decided to stay at this hotel, check your receipt thoroughly. "
