Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again.

Great hotel

Overall brilliant stay with everything we needed, hotel was clean and staff friendly. Only thing that let the stay down was the room soundproofing - you could hear everything from adjacent rooms and above, especially with TV noise.

Great location with easy access to the A55 North Wales Expressway. The 32A restaurant is outstanding - good value and excellent choice and quality of food. Highly recommend and will plan to stay again. Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious.

There is no chance of missing breakfast, as once it stops, brunch comes out, and when that stops, lunch starts...👍👍👍 All the amenities are more than adequate, with use of the Gym etc..... It was a lovely staff. First of all, there was plenty of space to park the car. We were then greeted by a lovely guy at Reception and check in was fast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

You know your in the right place when the car park is full. Restaurant food is excellent, place is spotless, lawns like bowling greens and staff were friendly. Safe car park and free parking. I'd stay again. Not disappointed, glad I booked it and I'd do it again. Hope your stay is as good as mine.

Had a lovely stay here with my wife and newborn daughter. Friendly staff, great food, and a lovely room. Even had a nice view of sheep fields which was a cute little Welsh surprise. Best bonus is you get access to the hot tub, steam room, sauna, and other spa amenities with your stay. Great value!
