The room we got checked into was not cleaned at all there was dirty towels and toilets was dirty and the beds were not made like they had been slept in. It smelt bad. This is a great off season resort (that is when we visited)! There were numerous times we had the heated pool by ourselves. We had a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen, it saved us a ton of money not having to eat out every meal. San Antonio is so built up, this was a nice respite.
