"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. We arrived early, but the bell boys took our luggage and put the aside until we could check in. When we got to our room, our luggages were already in the room. Every staff member greeted us warmly each time they saw us, and we consistently felt respected, valued, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a fairly roomy layout that allowed us to relax without feeling cramped. The bed was equally generous in size and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its location — having a shopping mall directly downstairs made everything incredibly accessible, from dining options to last-minute shopping. It added a level of convenience that enhanced our overall experience. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay that we would happily return to."

"The hotel is located ideally for access to the local areas of interest, the MTR station, and shopping mall. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of selections available, the staff were all welcoming and attentive. Would recommend the Gateway Marco Polo Hotel as a conveniently located place to stay."

"We stayed at the Mondrian for 3 nights. It’s like a boutique hotel. The room was quite small, but it was clean and comfortable for 2 people. You get a mini fridge that works extremely well for cold drinks. Most other hotel mini fridges barely keep things cold. So if you visit during the summer, that will come in handy. We didn’t try their breakfast, but Avoca on the 38th floor has a beautiful view of HK. The area around the hotel was lively with many great eateries and shops! Only a few steps away from the nearest MTR station, so it’s very convenient. In that MTR station, there are more shops to peruse. Also walking distance from harbor city area with big luxury brand stores. I would consider staying at this hotel again due to its location. "
