The cleaning lady was great, super nice and welcoming! The facilities were terrible, everything is 20 years old, worn out and just not acceptable. They took a 500 HKD which was returned, but I can’t believe they would even take a deposit for such a worn out room anyway 😂

Mi checked in on oct 4 to oct 8 for 4 nights, my room no was1109, room is dated, 11 floor hall way have a heavy smoke all the time, after 2 nights they switched us to the 9 floor , that was better, people in the front desk are not friendly at all, except on e girl her last name is Chan , I am going to Hong Kong next fall, will not stay at this place for sure

Hotel is dirty and being cheap not providing toothbrushes toothpaste and no shampoo. Really nothing was provided in the room. Place looks very old and outdated. I understand Hong Kong is expensive but this place is just being cheap for not providing anything in the room.

Room size and layout was very good for Hong Kong and better than more expensive hotels close by. Location is handy for buses, MTR and a host of good restaurants and eateries close by. Good value and highly recommended.

Good for the money

Good location and the rooms are not tiny. Reasonable price. Often only 1 elevator working. Plenty of good food places all around. I look forward to staying here again.
