예산이 정해져 있는 출장자들에게 추천하고 싶은 호텔
게시일: 2018. 9. 7. , Hotels전반적으로 무난하고 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 오래된 건물이라 시설은 낡았지만 충분한 유지보수를 통하여 사용하기 나쁘지 않습니다.
직원 서비스 - 과도한 서비스보다는 요구사항에 빨리 대응해줍니다.
객실 - 전형적인 비지니스 호텔의 사이즈. 너무 좁다는 느낌은 받지 않습니다. 객실청소는 빠르고 깔끔합니다.
조식 - 메뉴숫자는 적지만 퀄러티는 괜찮습니다. 아저씨들 아침에 국물 드셔야 할 때 국수메뉴 이용하시면 아주 좋습니다.
교통편 - 1분거리에 Island Line MTR HK University 역이 있어서 매우매우 매우 편리합니다. 도심접근(구룡, 중환지역)이 매우 빠르며 공항에서의 이동도 불편함이 없습니다.
주위편의시설 - 바로 옆에 편의점이 있고, 맥도날드가 있습니다. 인근에 통신사 대리점이 있어 저렴한 가격에 SIM Card 구입이 가능합니다. 슈퍼마켓도 아주 가까운곳에 여러곳이 있어 과일, 주류 등을 구입할 대 매우 편리 합니다.
인근 식당 - 호텔 바로 옆 일본식 스시집은 "우동"을 강력추천합니다. 58HKD. 이나니와 우동면을 사용하여 아주 아주 깔끔하게 한끼 식사를 할 수 있습니다. 그 옆 우육면집도 좀 늦게 오픈을 하지만 오후, 저녁에 간단한 식시 강력추천을 합니다. 맥도날도 바로 옆입니다. 호텔 근처에 Hunan 음식점(Jiang's Hunan Chef - 13 yat fu ln, Kennedy Town)에서는 2인이 방문할 경우 300 HKD로 훌륭한 저녁식사와 맥주한잔을 할 수 있습니다.
예산의 규모가 정해져 있는 장기출장자들이 이용할 경우, 지치지 않고 재밌게 홍콩을 즐길 수 있는 호텔이라고 생각이 됩니다.

위치 선정이 좋고 지하철이 바로 옆에 있어 다니기가 아주 좋았다. 조식과 배개가 조금 아쉬운 감이 있었고 체크인 후 1시간 가까이 기다려야 했던 점ㅇ 불편했다.

위치: 택시타고 이동해서 근처는 자세히 안 봤어요. 살짝 돌아가면 7-11편의점 있었습니다.
디럭스룸, 퀸사이즈침대 1개, 항구 전망 했어요. 항구전망 필수.
인터넷 보니까 슈페리어룸 화장실 욕조가 붙어있어서 구리던데,
디럭스 퀸은 화장실 따로 구분되어 있었어요. 깔끔하게
중심지에서 아주 약간 떨어져있지만,
지하철역도 가깝고 택시로도 금방 이동 가능한 거리라 문제 없었습니다.
리셉션도 친절하고 영어로 커뮤니케이션도 매우 좋았고, 호텔도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.
호텔 셔틀로 센트럴 홍콩역 가는 셔틀도 잘 이용했습니다.

One bad mistake from Hotel made stay unpleasent
게시일: 2017. 9. 18. , HotelsAlthough the room was already fully paid via Hotels.com, the hotel have charged me TWICE with my credit card without my knowing. And the process to get a refund for the double payment was obscure.

We have taken note of your valuable comments regarding the deposit of incidental charges and kindly advise that a standard deposit of HK$500 per day/per room will be applied upon arrival, for all our guests.
It is indeed very regretful to learn our Front Desk colleague did not provide more explanation to you. I have since shared with our Front Office Manager; as to review our current standards and to ensure our colleagues are reminded to provide attentive, professional and dedicated service for our guests: at all times.
