We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My family and I loved our stay at the Hokulani and this is now our new favorite staycation spot on Oahu. The room is perfect for a family. The space it offers is exactly what you need if you have kids with you. The bathroom was our favorite part of the room and I would book again for the bathroom alone. The shower is amazing and it also has a deep soaking tub, which is hard to find in most standard hotel rooms on Oahu. Everything is updated in the room and adds a nice esthetic throughout. We did see quite a few complaints about the pool due to its size, but our girls still enjoyed it and the rooftop lounge area is really nice just to hang out. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and that always makes the stay that much better. We will definitely be booking here again and looking forward to the next stay.

This property was great! Laundry soap is provided and the machines are free. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast and it was well stocked with kitchen utensils and cooking items. Also, the location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants. The only thing I wish they would change are the hours for the gym, it would be nice to work out earlier in the morning.

You simply can’t find another place like this—it’s spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The suites are big, well-equipped, and perfect for families. What truly sets Hokulani apart is how thoughtful and family-friendly the entire experience is. Every time we return, it feels like coming home. Clean, comfortable, close to everything. The staff are lovely, the rooms are huge and extremely well maintained. Any requests were met with a smile and the bell hops were amazing Laundry station is on every floor, free detergent available in your room. The washer and seperate dryer is an amazing amenity of this hotel. The beds although comfortable are not queens, possibly king single and felt smaller then a standard double bed.. luckily there is a pull out soft bed.. Probably one of the best hotels for location as it is close to the high end shopping centre with loads of restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future.

We were very impressed with the staff, location and the cleanliness. The location was in the middle of many eateries and shops; it was so convenient. Cassel, front desk, was super helpful and kind. It was the first time for my three kids in Waikiki and Hilton Grand Hokulani made the experience memorable. We did movie night on Sunday and the fireworks (just a couple of blocks away) on Friday. Contrary to some reviews we've read, we had a 3rd floor room facing the nearby building and we never had any noise issues either at night or during naptime during the day, both during weekdays and weekends. The property is walking distance to everything with lots of food options nearby. It's family friendly for our family - we didn't need a kid friendly pool or a beach right at the doorstep, we wanted a large suite with kitchen and that's what we got. The only negative I can think of is that the tub fills from the ceiling and it's guaranteed to splash everywhere - it's a fancy cool looking but not functional design.

I liked that the hotel is centrally located. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket within walking distance. Having a supermarket nearby was essential because I traveled with my family and eating out for every meal can be very pricey. That being said, the hotel comes equipped with a full size refrigerator a countertop stove, full size microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. Our room was stocked with eating utensils, cups and plates. It was like being at home. The bathroom was beautiful. It has his and her sinks, a spa tub, and a stand-alone shower with a raindrop shower head. I particularly enjoyed the shower. It was very relaxing after sightseeing with the family all day, or returning from the beach. The staff were kind and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

Amazing location, amazing service, amazing facility - we enjoyed every min of our trip! Only a few min walk to the beach while literally at the shopping and dining strip. We lucked out! The unit was very modern, spacious and clean. All the hotel employees were polite and helpful! We would love to come back!

Nice Hotel

The rooftop pool is amazing. The location is amazing. Although we did not have a great deal of contact with the staff, they seemed very welcoming. The rooms were nice. The hotel was clean.
