그냥 오래된 호텔

코로나라 룸클리닝을 해주지 않고 화장실에서 계속 하이톤으로 울리는 소리가 남 뷰는 좋음 그리고 리셉션데스크에서 일하는 사람들 태도가 다 손님을 무시하는 태도라 어이가 없었음

Terrible service

I would never recommend friends or family to stay this hotel. I paid for amenities including beach chair which is what i couldnt borrow at least once because they dont have enough chairs. (I asked 3 times for 2 days, but they didnt have because first comes first serves for chairs even if every customer pays for it. Its weird) Most of all, the front-desk managers(women) are mostly unkind and unpleasant. I think that hotel managers and customers are changed at this hotel because i was smiling and asked something i wondered kindly but they were dry, dull and even curt. While i smiled and said thank you, but she didnt even look at me but just stared at moniter. THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE I'VE EVER MET. oh, i must say i paid over 500 dollars for 1 night.....

가족여행와서 호텔에서 식사해결하기 좋습니다.

주방딸린 객실로 웬만한 주방기구들이 잘갖추어져 있어 사용하기에 불편함이 없었다. 미니밥솥까지 구비되어 있어 쌀사다가 밥을 지어먹기까지했다. 쇼파베드 생각보다 많이 불편하지 않았고 걱정되었던 바퀴벌레도 베드버그도 발견되지 않아서 좋았다. 23층 고층 도시뷰 나쁘지 않았다. 픽업 및 셔틀타기에는 최고의 위치인듯하다. 와이키키 초입에 위치해서 교통체증도 없었다. 처음에 6박만 예약했다 가성비가 넘좋아 남은 일정 트럼프호텔 취소하고 4일더 머물렀다. 선택에 후회없는 시간이였다.

럭셔리 스위트(주방 있음) 만족

너무 편하고 만족하게 이용했습니다. 특히 주방의 시설은 깔끔하였고 조리에 필요한 것들이 다 구비되어 있어 3박 동안 조식과 석식을 모두 해결할 수 있었습니다. 쇼파베드는 어린이 2명이 이용하기에 충분하였고 4인 가족이라 기본 킹사이즈 침대와 쇼파베드를 이용으로 충분하였습니다. 다만, 시내방향 2층 룸을 이용했는데 차량 소음이 있었습니다. 높은 층에 배정을 받으신다면 괜찮을 듯 합니다.

It's an old hotel being built in 1964. Our room was spacious and the ac worked well to combat the heat and humidity. There was no daily house cleaning and we had to ask for fresh towels. Valet parking was $45/night with in/out privileges. That's steep on top of tipping attendant each time you retrieve car. Location of hotel is convenient for walking to Ala Moana center and to Waikiki.

The surfaces in the kitchen and table were grimy and there were gas splinters in the carpet. I had a splinter in my foot. The front desk did respond unenthusiastically when I reported this accident.

The Ilikai was very centrally located for honolulu, and the valet parking was convenient. This is a very old hotel that could use some updating the pool was slippery and frankly a wee bit dangerous, it could easily be fixed. The room was clean and nice but there were not enough pots and utensils to cook with. My only other complaints were we were unable to move the pool chairs to accommodate the 4 of us, and the front desk lady had an overly large attitude. I don't think we will stay there again it definitely wasn't worth the money.

Overall staff was nice. One receptionist was informed about TV not working, but no action taken until we checked out. I liked the suite view and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to our family and friends.

We had a great stay at Illakai! The staff was very accommodating and we loved being able to use our free ice cream vouchers. Walking distant to beach and fun activities.

My first issue is the cleanliness of my room. Dried up urine all on the toilet is absolutely unacceptable. There was hair all over the bed, balcony was full of sand from previous guests, etc etc. One thing worth noting elevators take forever(not that big of a deal to me but worth pointing out) I mean I could go on and on. I really did like the guest service desk. Very kind and helpful, but I absolutely think housekeeping needs to step it up. Until then, I won't be back.

Renovated rooms are nice and seemed very clean, balcony could use some cleaning though. Shower was small but otherwise the bathroom was nice. Kitchen was great to have and bed was comfy. Views are really nice from high up and location is great, plus the price compared to similar hotels is competitive. Would stay again.
