Really Bad! Don’t go there! Ein einziges dreckiger und kakerlakenverseuchtes Loch! Wir haben versucht, selbst zu putzen aber die ekelhafte Matratze, gelbe Kissen (vom Schweiss der Vormieter) und absolut verdrecktes Sofa (überall klebten u.a. Alte Kaugummis… dreckiger Kühlschrank, klebriger Boden mit Essensresten der Vorgänger. Kaputte Toilettenspülung, Schimmel und eklig muffiger Geruch. Kein Bettzeug für das Schlasofa. Wir kontaktierte die Vermieter: keine Reaktion per Mail.Im Kleiderschrank noch alte Strümpfe vom Vormieter. Absolut ekelhaft! Wir konnten nicht bleiben und haben un direkt eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Bei der Notfall-Telefonnummer versprach man uns Rückerstattung der mind. 1. Nacht und Reinigung. Angeblich sollte am 2. Tag alles ok sein. Als wir wieder hinkamen, war die Zimmerkarte gesperrt. Bis heute weigert man sich irgendend etwas zu erstatten! Absolute Sauerei!!!

ロケーションは最高でした。お部屋はまずまずでしたが、部屋のドアの外の廊下の床があまりに汚くてびっくり。8日間のステイ中に廊下に同じゴミが落ちたままでした。建物の管理に疑問を感じました。8日のステイだったのでタオルが少し足りないなと感じました。でもヘアドライヤーが無いと連絡したらすぐに対応してくれてとても嬉しかったです。

Great property, suite 520 less so.

The property is fabulous and in a great location. A few blocks away from the high end (expensive) strip along Waikiki Beach, but only a 10 minute walk and you're there. The property amenities are first rate and everyone on site was very friendly. The suite, however, was disappointing. It was not cleaned properly before we arrived (sticky floors, sand accumulated in the corners, dirty rags left on the bathroom counter) and the suite lacked even the simplest items like a broom. Final point, if you are there for any length of time (we had 13 nights), do not use the valet parking. There is a public lot immediately behind the property in which you can purchase a monthly pass for about the same price as six nights with the valet (and no tipping required).

Closet smelled from wet beach items. Bathtub drain was VERY slow. Small lanai was very sandy and NO BROOM. Entry rugs would be nice. Corner view of Kalakaua Ave was good and proximity to beach was excellent.
