“My wife and I were staying here for our sons wedding. I couldn't ask for a better weekend. The hotel was very convenient to everything. We were in walking distance to the wedding and reception hall. Also 1 block away from several breweries and places for live music. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The hotel had a restaurant of its own. It served breakfast and dinner. There also was bar/lounge in the hotel that had jazz type music. We stayed in the suite. It was newly done and...

“The manager went out of his way to accommodate me due to an injury I received on vacation. He let me keep the hotel wheelchair in our room for that night. It was so very appreciated.”

“What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Unique and historic hotel. I love the antique decor and the staff/ owner were very friendly. No need to leave the hotel for meals as the hotel has a quaint restaurant, with various cuisine options and offers indoor/ outdoor dining. The chef is friendly and talented. He adds west coast flare to classic meals. The Captain Crunch french toast and patty melt were 2 favorites. He even helped jump my battery after I left my lights on! Easily, the best upcoming hotel in Deland.”
