"Breakfast buffet was great with a wide selection of food. Beach area was beautiful with lots of activities to do. Hamilton island is a great location to get to the whitehaven beach. Our hotel room was spacious and has stunning view of the bay. However, the room is showing its age and the bathroom smelled musty and window screen was torn and dirty. The bedroom floor was a bit sticky not sure what they use for cleaning so wear slippers. Birds were plenty and nice to see but can get aggressive with food around flying to tables for scraps. Overall outside of the minor issues, great place to vacation in."

"Spectacular views from our balcony and lots of birds and wallabies! Staff were very helpful. Free shuttle was great! Beach was a very short walk from the property! Will definitely be back."

"Had a fantastic trip here. Facilities were excellent, however the hotel was looking a little dirty and tired. Considering the price per night, and the extremely high prices for all the food and beverages, I would have thought this would have been a bit more up to scratch. Most of the staff were very friendly."

"Clean apartment, very convenient location (5 min walking distance to grocery store and restaurants), great facilities (landry inside the apartment, multiple pools and onsite parking). Unfortunately checkout rules were strict with no flexibility."
