"Had a wonderful stay. I had a standard twin room, nothing luxurious. But it was fine as the point would be that I’m only there to sleep and not in my room the entirety of the trip. Also traveling as a single woman by herself, I felt safe. "

"The management company demands city tax payment prior to providing check in instructions despite us showing proof of multiple attempts at paying by credit card while walking the Camino 😥. We had already paid for the apartment and the city tax was a nominal amount. To be fair some of the team members were better at customer service than others who used more militant tone in thei communications for this city tax payment. Perhaps an opportunity for improving check in process and retraining team on customer service. The location is very close to the Sagrada which is very convenient. "

"I loved the way the hotel was immaculately decorated from the hotel lobby to the actual room. I loved the little touches such as the radio playing while we entered the room, the beautiful tapestries on the wall and lots of usb outlets. Breakfast was good along with the drinks at the hotel lobby bar. The dinner at Four Corners and the hotel lunch bar was okay, but the Hotel Rooftop had amazing drinks and food!"

"Clean and well maintained. Staff friendly. Clean towels when asked for. House keeping once would have been nice. Local cafes are good and metro a few minutes away. Metro excellent, safe and clean."

Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas y escuchar todo el ruido exterior y la claridad del sol desde muy temprano en la mañana. No pudimos descansar en lo absoluto. The rooms weren’t super clean, just decent. The housekeeper left the coffee cups from breakfast in the room without washing them. And the worst part was that the hotel didn’t have the air conditioning on. We had to open the windows and deal with all the outside noise and the sunlight early in the morning. We couldn’t rest at all."
