“Excellent staff, so pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a great addition and had everything we needed! Gym was very basic, treadmill was older and there were no free weights, but enough to still get a mini workout in. Overall, location was perfect for our basketball tournament at Albright College. Although not a luxury hotel, it was perfect for our needs.”

“Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!”

“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

“The only positive about our stay was that it was a brand new facility. The rooms were incredibly tiny, so tiny they don’t have a full shower. Room service is only every other day. There’s no coffee, tea or water in the room. I chose this hotel as it was the highest rated in the area. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The ice machine was out of order and there wasn’t another on the second floor. Also Legands is a club and we had to listen to load music until 4am. Even though it says they close at 2am. When you go to the front desk when legands opens no one works the front desk because they are working legands. Also the room keys stopped working after midnight. ”
