I like that it was across the street from a bowling alley and in walking distance from food places. That location was not from the strip where everything was like shops and the park.

Tanya did not like that I had booked through Expedia and as such stated I would not earn points etc… then when I requested a bottle of water she said that only those members who booked through the site could get water bottle. She was extremely condescending and treated me as though I never travel. When I was headed to my room I noticed a lovely water canister and that is all she should have stated was that they had complimentary water around the corner. Instead of trying to make me feel bad for booking through a 3rd party.

Great stay and price
Business trip, 3 nights. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful Staff. Restaurant open with food but limited menu. Overall 4.0+ IMO

It’s so handy having a bistro/bar in the lobby- we were travelling with our toddler and it’s so much easier than worrying about where to eat after a long drive! Charlene at the bar was especially wonderful!

Just like being at home!
Our first time at a Marriott hotel, and we can see why they are rated highly! If all the others are like the Courtyard in Hot Springs, clean, comfortable and safe, the rating is well deserved.

Good stay but when we checked in was told that the room we reserved wasn’t available. Was told it was because we used a outside source to book room. This made sleeping arrangements a little hard

this property is in the quite downtown hot springs its 6 minutes from oak lawn casino, restaurants, shopping I highly recommend giving this property a try.

Had a top floor and end room. Thinking it would be quieter. It was quieter, however the room was very warm. I turned thermostat down and after several hours the room temperature actually rose. I went to front desk and the said the room would cool off once the sun set. The front desk handed me a small fan. Late in the evening it began to cool off. The next day the room exceeded the set temperature of the thermostat again.
