clean and spacious hotel for it's budget range
nice location's aprartment like hotel, appropriate access for near travel spot if you use rentalcar. (scheveningen beach, hague mauricehuis and rotterdam > sorry can't just remember its full spell) but.... on the other hand, it can be bad point at the same time. someone may say this hotel locates in somewhat weird point (not close to any place!). and the supermarket is not quite near from the hotel. except that privacy / free parking / service of clerks / spacious room were all good. it's worthy to stay in here if you try to visit hague - rotterdam with your rentalcar.

새로지은 호텔이라 쾌적한 시설이 아주 만족스러움
새로지은 호텔이라 그런지 시설이 엄청 깨끗했습니다. 가격대비 최고의 호텔인거 같습니다. 비즈니스나 장기 체류목적이라면 정말 좋을거같습니다. 단기 여행 목적이라면 호텔위치가 주요관광지와 먼 관계로 도보여행은 무리가 있을듯합니다. 어쨌든 아주 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, sehr nett eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war ok. Kaffee gab es tagsüber gratis im Hotel. Was evtl im Zimmer fehlt ist ein Geschirrhandtuch und Spüllappen. Man muss Geschirr halt im Bad abwaschen. Ansonsten war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Unfortunately, smoking inside the rooms is strictly forbitten, which is why, when upon check out was noticed that you had smoked in the room, we were forced to keep the entire security deposit (as mentioned in our House Rules).

We always love staying here! Staff is really nice and we are thankful for the wash machines & dryer in the basement. Apartment is really good and staffed with everything you need - just one thing could have made it better, for 4 nights you don’t get a clean up. But with a small child and a dog it would have been nice if one had some cleaning supplies, some extra towels and a trash emptying.

They charged me 50 euros for my pet when they never told me I had to inform them about it and I think it’s really unfair because I did self check in.. they just take advantage of the clients..

Our house rules are clear and available to all guests. It is also mentioned on every platform that we are a Pet friendly hotel but there are extra charges for the pets. In order for us to impose those charges as well as for safety reasons we need to be aware of any pets staying in our rooms, something you can find both online and physically written in our rooms..As you had failed to notify us about the pet, we had to impose our policy and proceed with the penalty, which is why you were charged the extra amount.

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

Die Lage ist ruhig aber nicht sehr Zentral. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll aber etwas kühl. Außerdem wurden wir mit Vorabgarantie der Buchung bis check-in angeschrieben obwohl pay on arrival bei expedia stand. Sogar unter Androhung der Stornierung falls man es nicht macht.

Wir haben mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern im Superior Apartment übernachtet. Das Zimmer ist schön und geräumig. Die Küchenzeile ist praktisch, es fehlte aber ein Teil des Bestecks und Geschirrs. Der Fußboden war sehr kalt, also Hausschuhe mitbringen. Die Schlafcouch ist nicht sehr bequem und für zwei Erwachsene recht klein, Kinder haben genügend Platz. Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstücksbuffet an, obwohl dies auf der Homepage steht. Die Frühstücksboxen kommen von einer Bäckerei, sind aber eher einfach gehalten. Die Straßenbahnlinie 17 Richtung City ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Scheveningen ist leider nicht in der Nähe. Obwohl man also recht nah am Strand ist, muss man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad dorthin fahren. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, aber nicht in direkter Umgebung. Das Personal war freundlich, wenn auch nur selten zu sehen. Die Rezeptionszeiten sind begrenzt, der Self Check In hat aber wunderbar funktioniert.

Ik was aangenaam verrast toen ik het aparthotel binnen liep, het ziet er keurig uit. Het appartement zelf is echt fantastisch, heel netjes en schoon, een hele fijne badkamer met zelfs Rituals producten en twee TV's 1 in de kamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. Ook de keuken is volledig ingericht. Ik heb er een hele fijne tijd gehad en kom er zeker weer terug in 2023. Ook een pluim voor de medewerkers! Dank jullie wel allemaal!

Prima accommodatie. Ruime kamers en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Schoonmaak mag beter, voornamelijk in de badkamer.

Nachdem ich gelesen hatte, dass viele mit der Sauberkeit nicht zufrieden waren, war ich etwas verunsichert, ob wir es auch so empfinden würden, aber das war dann doch OK. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, aber einige Tassen haben wir zB vor der ersten Benutzung dann doch in die Spülmaschine gestellt. Außerdem mussten wohl einige fürs Schlafsofa vor Ort extra 25 EUR/ Nacht zahlen. Das war bei uns auch nicht der Fall. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben das Deluxe-Apartment gebucht. Zwei Personen schliefen auf dem Sofa, was aber auch in Ordnung war. Wenn man kein Problem damit hat, dass das Zimmer bei einer Buchung von bis zu drei Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt wird, dann würde ich es weiterempfehlen :) Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.
