Dear guest, thanks for the feedback and for staying in our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulties with the washing machine. It is as you say not that easy to communicate something when there is no common language. Regardless of how often one explains there is always something that remains misunderstood. The manner people speak (tone of voice or pronunciation) is different for every nationality. Hence, we believe that it is an issue of cultural and pronunciation difference that causes a different view of the situation. None of us has anything agianst Asians. Every day, we have so many guests from different nationalities, cities and continents that we have no reason whatsoever to be against someone. In fact we stand for and apreciate diversity. Regarding the washing machine, you were given an exact information at the reception and downstairs there are ten pages of printed out images! of every step until the machine is on. As you say somebody from our staff came downstairs to explain everything to you again. It is unfortunate that you felt unpleasant. Dal nostro punto di vista, la tariffa di 18 euro è in linea con la qualità dei prodotti offerti e rende giustizia anche al personale del servizio colazione e dei locali. Come alternativa economica, offriamo una "colazione da portare via" con una bevanda calda in tazza a 5 euro. Ci rammarichiamo che la ricarica dei prodotti da bagno non sia stata soddisfacente e ne discuteremo con il nostro personale di pulizia per garantire che tali malintesi vengano evitati.Per quanto riguarda i problemi della doccia, ci dispiace sinceramente per l'inconveniente. Aus diesem Grund haben wir in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben, dass Parkplätze nur eingeschränkt zu Verfügung stehen. Wir bieten daher auch Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage unseres Haupthauses MAX70 um 15 Euro pro Nacht an. Unsere beiden Häuser sind sehr gut an den öffentlichen Verkehr angebunden. Mit der O-Bus-Linie 1 erreichen Sie uns ohne Umsteigen vom Bahnhof aus und dieselbe Buslinie bringt Sie auch in die Altstadt. Vielleicht wäre ein autofreier Aufenthalt bei uns auch eine interessante Alternative für Sie?
