Sentimos mucho que esa sea su opinion, la verdad no entendemos sus comentarios, hay un gerente en sitio, la alberca es climatizada y en buenas condiciones, el jardin y habitaciones estan bien mantenidas, etc. de todas formas vamos a revisar todo

The staff were polite and efficient the rooms We're clean and nice The gardens were beautiful but the maintenance of the Of the steps to our room we're in poor condition so bad in fact that I had a fall because they were not illuminated and the tiles of the steps were broken I smashed my face into the glass injured my foot and broke my glasses

I’m disappointed with this property because it has so much potential to be great. One can easily tell that owners haven’t been investing money back into the property. I am very unsatisfied with the ‘suite’ that I booked, it was more than twice the price of a regular room and only advantage it truly had was more square feet. The bathroom was horrendous, it was smaller than my guest bathroom at my house, poor water pressure, dirty towels (dried blood), dirty and damaged shelving. The room also had a very humid smell when entering, the smell where you wish you could turn on AC for a few hours to get rid of it but they only had a fan. TV didn’t work. Rack in the closet nearly collapsed when I hung my clothes on it. No bottled water. Only 2 small pillows on a king sized bed. Had to walk up stairs above the reception to enter the suite. Pool was very dirty when we arrived. In the end, I regretted buying the suite and wish I chose a normal room. As a hotel to rent for a place to keep your things and sleep, it’s fine. Just don’t stay here if you want to enjoy it he hotel property and spend your time there.

We're really sorry your stay was not what you expected, we take into consideration all the points that you mentioned and already took action on this aspectsAbout the pool as we told you the day before you arrived the pump broke and we were fixing it so next day it was cleanA normal room was not availabe, we were completely booked, as we told you the only one was the suite

Walls were half painted. Instead of AC there was a small portable heater. Plastic Rolling curtains look and feel tacky. Room is no way what they advertise. Too little room for the fee they charge. When you call they do no identify the property and finding it was a challenge because the sign is small and faded. Will not be staying again

Ants in the rooms, not enough supplies
The service of the man that was there during my stay was extraordinary, unfortunately the experience overall was not good: - Ants in the room, even inside the bottle of water in the room. They changed us the room and the other one has a bad TV, the channels where bad and no Netflix as the 1st one. - The supplies where not enough, was said that was because as it was 26 and only 2 rooms booked thy didn't bought supplies. -kitchen closed at 3pm Good thing was the breakfast that was very good, however it is very expensive compared to the experienced we had.

Siento mucho que tenga esta opinion, hacemos todo lo posible porque la estancia de nuestros huespedes sea placentera. Como pudo observar nuestro hotel esta rodeado de naturaleza y si se deja comida puede propiciar que aparezcan hormigas aunque se fumiga con regularidad. No entiendo a que se refiere con que no habia suficientes recursos. La cocina cierra a las 3 ya que como ve en este sitio aclaramos que somo un bed and breakfast y se informa que no hay servicio de comida despues del desayuno si no se solicita con anticipacion

Amazing glass room surrounded by nature. Super comfort bed. I loved the bed linen. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful stay!

Nice stay in Tepoztlán
Amazing service and breakfast. The bed was also nice but the furniture generally looked a bit old. Also the Hotel should put some furniture out in the garden! There was some noise from the main road of Tepoztlán which was right outside the Hotel. We brought our dog, which worked fine.

I expected a much nicer room for the price. There is no air conditioning, nor ceiling fan, and it was hot. The room was very austere, you could even see cracks in the wall that had not been repared. I believe there must be better options for the price

Modern, clean hotel.
The friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check-in, which was great. They clearly care about the state of the property. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Unfortunately, there is very loud highway construction going on behind the hotel (as of April 2018). Since most walls are glass and not well-insulated, we had a hard time napping or relaxing during the day while in our rooms. I don't know if other travelers would be as bothered, but it definitely reduced the enjoyment of our stay.

Room was like a big glass box, don't throw stones
Overall the hotel was very good, it could use a little bit more updating on the grounds but the room was very clean. The room itself was pretty much all glass walls with shades of cookie balls though. Some good use of the mountains. Breakfast was nothing spectacular day. This staff were excellent, very friendly and very accommodating

Lovely,quiet setting.
Lovely, quiet setting. Short (15 mins) walk from the bus terminal and a 5 mins walk to the main area of Tepoztlan. Room was clean and modern. The pool was small but perfectly adequate for a leisurely dip. Breakfast was good and filling.

NICE, CLEAN AND CONVENIENT LOCATION
We enjoyed this hotel, located near the main entrance to Tepoztlán. The staff was very kind and helpful. Some road noise can be heard in the room, which other than that is clean and enjoyable. The hotel location as shown at the map at Expedia.com is wrong. The actual location is about 300 meters before the place where it is shown on the map; it is closer to the toll highway than it appears on the map.

Best stay in Tepoztlan
The staff was excellent. They met every one of my requests. David was extremely polite and helpful. The place was the perfect seclutiin to get inner peace and to enjoy nature with a dash of elegance. Loved the place, I will definitely go back to it, Next time I'm in town.

Good value for money
The hotel facilities are ok, there are still some rooms that are being update, however the one I stayed at was pretty good, however there is a construction site beside the hotel which makes a lot of noise in the morning. I seems that normally they do not work on Saturdays, however in this occasion they did. They hotel staff and the owner were pretty much concerned about the situations and made up for us on the second night, which was very good.

Nada recomendable, nos quedamos en la "suite" y no es posible que la misma este situada arriba de la cocina, se oyen los trastes desde las 6:30 am, aunado a que hay un timbre que sonaba toda la noche. No es proporcional el precio con la calidad de las habitaciones.

En cuanto al ruido de la cocina acabo de checar que paso para que no vuelva a suceder pero el personal no llega a las 6:30am.Saludos

El lugar muy bonito y los cuartos bien, cerca del centro de Tepoztlán a pie, el personal muy atento y servicial. Solo no hay mucha señal y el wifi no llega a todos lados y no hay agua caliente para bañarse por la mañana.

Buenas tardes, Sentimos mucho que nos haya puesto esa calificaion; se le otorgo la ocupacion de la habitacion sin cargo extra antes de la hora de check in ya que como nos comunico tenia un evento y necesitaba cambiarse y arreglarse con tiempo, se fue a su evento, regreso en la noche y decidio irse sin decirnos nada, si hubiera expresado que no le gustaban nuestras instalaciones y no hubiera ocupado la habitacion se le hubiera hecho el re-embolso sin ningun problema pero no fue asi, la ocupo y obviamente esa habitacion ya no estuvo disponible para rentarsela a otro huesped.Saludos
