We were put in a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes or old furnace burning. The toilet bowl had mold and mildew that clearly hadn’t been cleaned out.

Trash over full on outside but 2nd shift Manager took care of. My Confirmation number didn't show up on their computer on so I had to call you yesterday around 3. So the 1st Manager gave me the room for free. I woke up to a knock on the door around midnight and it was overnight lady saying that this room (my) room was vacant and I said the General Manager gave me this room and she asked my name and I told her.

No hair dryer, no plug in the tub and shower. No shampoo. Toilet seat hanging on by one bolt. Surprisingly run down. Has a small kitchen area.

First, I never had a room where my reservation was, I was not informed because the hotel did not have any contact details. I was sent to second hotel for room. Customer service was great but cleanliness was opposite.

Unfortunately, we arrived at 9pm, waited in the lobby with 3 other couples for 45 min and NO ONE came to check us in. The lobby phone that we were supposed to use to call for assistance was broken. When the front desk person FINALLY arrived, she was flustered and clearly overwhelmed. The hotel had been oversold and there were no rooms, despite the fact that all 4 of us couples had confirmation numbers. Additionally, I was told I would not be charged for my room because we couldn’t stay. Well - I was charged for the room and had to go through another few hoops to get the $ credited back to me.

My first room wasn’t ready- garbage and fans going from some sort of flood so went to the front desk for a new room. In my new room there were hairs on the pillows, splatters all over the side table and head board, blue gunk In the bathroom sink, and hair in the shower. I have pictures and videos of it. I left, seeing as how this was the SECOND dirty room. Extended stay will not get back to me about my refund request. Entire building smelled like cigarettes and garbage. I was there for a total of 20 minutes. Absolutely Disgusting and zero customer service at the location, or at HQ. Expedia was also no help. Stay away

It was okay. Dirty in the room, stains multiple places. Fan in the bathroom was taken apart when I got to the room. Smoke alarm was going off when I walked in. I told the front desk guy who couldn’t care less. It went on for another 20 minutes after I asked. It’s close to everything which is good, because you almost feel like you have to spend time outside of the hotel to feel comfortable.

Entry way, floors, rugs, elevators, hallways, front desk counter tops EVERYTHING so dirty & filthy, disgusting. All the staff did not look professional looks like they just woke up. Although there was a traveling GM there one day super helpful & nice, said most people there live there. No dishes but advertised they had dishes we could use finally got some but had to wash all of them. Garbages over flowing in the side of the building, horrible smelling garbage by elevators NO ONE cleans or vacuumes the halls or sanitizes the doors let alone cleans the windows floors were disgusting spilled everything on the floors. Lots of screaming & yelling late at night & slamming of doors & arguing. Grab & go breakfast not good.

Person working the front desk was horribly rude. I asked for dishes and pans but was told there was no cookware available the whole point of booking a room there was to use the kitchen to make meals for the week she said she could not refund me and actually suggested I go buy cookware! I ended up calling and driving to another Extended Stay for cookware. also, the kitchen was infested with ants

There was a guy lying in the entrance on a bench under the phone we needed to use to call to get help at the desk. The workerer was outside after we called he said let me know wnen someone shows up. After waiting about 10 minutes he came in and said did you hear what i told you on the phone ? I said yeah let me know when someone shows up. He laughed and said something about him being the only one there. The room smelled musty.

Great Value in the Cities!
Had a great stay! Guy working at the front desk was super nice. My room was clean but smelled of old carpet yuck. The hallways were smelly like old cooked food too. Everything else was great - heat/ac worked great, comfy bed, easy TV remote, hot water/high pressure and plenty of towels - all the essentials were spot on! Would stay there again!

Not exactly what i was hoping for
Check in was perfect, front desk lady was super friendly and helpful. Got in the room to change and get comfortable but realized that the big beautiful windown had no coverings. No shades no curtains nothing. Beautiful snowfilled trees and a blinking red traffic light allllll night long. And the bathroom fan and toilet flush are so loud it sounds like a jet took off in our room.

Very gross hotel.
Entire establishment was gross. Showers looked like they have never been cleaned. There was what looked like a piece of food in the shower and somebody’s shampoo was still in the bathroom. You could see stains in the pillows through the pillowcases. The so called “lobby” area was completely unorganized with crap everywhere.

The trash cans were not empty from the guest before and the tub was not the cleanest. The gentleman that checked me in was great! He was friendly, accommodating and efficient.

The rooms and hallways smelled old and musty. Very dated. Outside sidewalks and parking areas were icy and slippery. No one attempted to apply salt. Clearly maintaining the property was not of importance.
