숙소는 깔끔 나머지는 비추
장점 1. 숙소 자체는 정말 깔끔하고 좋다 2. 일하는 직원분들이 친절하시다 단점 1.사이트에 개선문이랑 도보 15분이라고 적혀있지만 체감상 20분 넘게 걷는 기분.. 2.숙소가 너무 좁다 너무~ 케리어 하나를 펼치려면 화장실 문 닫아야 겨우 열수 있다. 침대가 숙소 공간의 전부// 3.이불이없다 ㅋㅋㅋ 여름이었지만 덮고 자는 이불이 없어서 큰 타월로 덮고 잤어요 4.조식 추가 금액 발생 저는 3박을 했는데 3박 기간내 1번만 조식이 무료라고 해서 먹었어요 1번을 근데 퇴실할때 1번 조식먹은 부분에 추가금액이 있다고 하는거에요 봤더니 3박중 1번 조식은 1명만 해당됐던거에요 ㅋㅋㅋ어이없어서 아니 2명이 숙박하고 3박을 했는데 누가 1번 조식무료에 1명무료라고 생각해요!!! 지금 생각해도 어이없네 조식도 치즈,햄, 바게뜨,커피,요플레, 잼 진심 이게 다에요 레알 얼탱이없어서 조식먹을때도 엥? 이게 조식이야 이러면서 먹었습니다. 추가 금액 생길 줄 알았으면 차라리 나가서 먹지 누가 그런 조식먹어요 이부분은 지금 생각도해도 어이없어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 5.24시간 공항버스 운영 서비스 사이트에 24시간 공항버스 운영서비스로 되어있어서 우버나 택시 말고 별도의 서비스가 있는줄알았는데 그런거 일절없고 걍 택시 이용하라고 합니다. 우버는 있는데 자기들은 모른다고해요 새벽에 택시타고 오를리 공항가는데 42유로 나왔어요 추가금액 없습니다. 6.열기 힘든 방문 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ이건진짜 ㅋㅋㅋ 처음에 키를 받고 방문을 열려고 하는데 방문이 안열려요 ㅋㅋㅋ 직원 한테 물어보니까 키를 완전히 돌리면 안되고 살~짝 아주 살짝~돌려야 열린다네욬ㅋㅋㅋ 우리만 그런줄 알았는데 옆방에서 전부 문 못열어서 문여는 소리 엄청 들려요 ㅋㅋㅋ 7. 소음 문제 너무 잘들려요 심지어 저는 윗방에서 듣기 싫은 커플 소음까지 들었네요 진짜 딱 숙소가 깔끔한것만 생각하면 좋은데 나머지가 조금 황당했어요~~

전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔!
풀 북으로 처음 이틀 동안 배정 받은 방은 105호 였는데, 여기는 반지하룸으로 이동 공간이 협소한 곳이어서 실망이 많았다. 하지만, 그 이후 5일 동안 묵은 방은 410호로 훨씩 아늑하고 넓고 창 밖의 하늘을 볼 수 있어서 만족스러움. 침구류는 포근하고 깨끗했지만, 기타 소파와 의자 책상등은 손상된 상태로 비치되어 있어서 간혹 의자 모서리나 의자 앉는 곳에 뚫린 구멍에 걸려 위험할 수 도 있었음.

Ubicacion a 5 minutos caminando de un metro lo cual es bueno. Pero el "hotel" que mas bien es como un condo, es totalmente austero, obscuro, chiquitito, te da claustrofobia entrar a las habitaciones e ir por los pasillos. Se siente sucio e inseguro. Un señor que estaba ahi cuidando estsba dormido en los sillones de la entrada. No lo recomiendo

Hall and room smelled bad, ac did not work well, wifi did not work at all, TV did not work, poor cell reception and no one to talk about this issues. They just give you access codes and that’s it. We will never come back.

Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I've booked in my life. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a room. The room was so hot (no air conditioning) and we discovered in the middle of our stay that the room was infected with mold. We immediately contacted the emergency number and they changed us to another room, but the other room was no better (same problems, no fans in the bathroom and the bathroom stank so bad...). I couldn't even eat in the room without having my nose hidden. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And to top it all off, they have the worst customer service. There is no receptionist; you have to contact someone via WhatsApp and that person sometimes doesn't answer. I'm going to ask for a refund. We had no other choice but to stay there has they were no refund policy. I'm definitely seeing my doctor for molds as I started feeling sick during our stay...worst place ever..

The walls were thin, the bathroom had mold, and there was no shower curtain or door so when the shower was used the whole bathroom floor got wet. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures provided. The bathroom was not updated like the pictures showed.

Black Mold. The entire 2 weeks we were there we had to keep the windows open in the cold weather to keep from gagging on the smell of black mold. No use in complaining because what else were we to go? Also, the other hotel guests kept smoking and their smoke kept going up and into our room. Horrible experience.

Habitación pequeña pero cumple con lo necesario para tu estancia en Paris. En Zona muy segura y elegante. Entre 5 y 10 minutos del metro y avenidas donde tomar bus. A 20 minutos a pie del Arco del Triunfo.

10/10 Exceptional Stay
Great stay! Check-in without in-person reception is super easy if you’re tech-savvy. We stayed four nights and on the second day our room was cleaned and new towels were provided to us (we didn’t even ask!). Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also staff present at various times throughout the day. Close to metro so in a good location as well. Saw some other reviews about mold in the bathrooms but if you stay at any hotel in Europe you’ll find this is extremely common, bathrooms just don’t have vents. However; there was very little mold in our bathroom and it appears as though they regularly tend to the mold so that it does not spread. There was just a little patch on the ceiling (compared to our hotel in Rome which had mold all over the walls and ceiling in the bathroom). Again, it’s common here but they appear to tend to it. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Clean location with metro station a few minutes away. Great restaurants and cool neighborhood. All staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, tv, toilet and shower work well with no problems. The only somewhat negative thing we encountered were the not so sound proofing walls. Not a big deal so we would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

O hotel é bem localizado. O café da manhã é bom com diversas opções. Fomos bem atendidos no geral. O banheiro deixou a desejar, acaba molhando tudo quando utiliza o chuveiro. O isolamento acústico é péssimo, tinha um casal escandaloso no quarto ao lado. Sem contar que no quarto que ficamos (102) tinha uma porta de acesso a outro quarto, a qual se abria facilmente.
