The hotel should be closed, dirty, bad co ditions, full of drug addicts , floors with vomit, unsafe. I will dispute any charges with my bank if I have one made from the hotel in my credit card.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You want an honest review, here you go.. upon arrival there was nothing but homeless people and what appeared to be drug addicts all around the area including the parking lot and stairs of the motel, unfortunately since I had already paid for the booking we decided we would stay 1 night instead of the two I paid for and leave town early it was that bad, inside the floors were sticky, there was mold in the shower, a cockroach in the sink, the sheets didn’t look clean so we went and bought our own, once we showered there was blood on the towels provided so we used our clothes to dry ourselves packed our stuff and left, with out a refund!

Staff were not attentive to the customers. They don’t restock the breakfast foods at all. We showed up at 730 am. They were out of muffins, yogurts, no eggs. The batch for the waffle doesn’t taste good. The counter was messy. They only have look like leftover gravy and biscuits along with several toasts. There’s only two kind of cereals about 1/4 left. They don’t look fresh. No fruits. They offer two kind of juices but was out of orange juice. The cranberry juice is watery. Basically no juices at all. We had to ask if there’s more of those foods. The female staff stated she will look and see. She brought us only 3 yogurts and two packaged muffins. That’s it. Not even restock anything or clean up. We saw the older couple came in later and they looked helpless as there’s basically no foods. The staff were laughing and chitchat with each other and ignored the customers. The next morning we showed up and there were about 5 muffins along with toasts. No fruits, no yogurts, no juices, no eggs, etc. it looked more messy than yesterday. No food to take This place should not included breakfast in their advertising. It was the reason we stayed here because of included breakfast. We paid for that and got almost nothing. We asked for non smoking room but we could smell the smoking in our room. The cleanliness of the property is not clean. You can see the litters everywhere and still there for two days while we stayed. The condition of the property is poor.

RUN away from this property and Expedia. There was what appeared to be excrement on the sheets, broken glass in the bathroom, blood on the walls. The whole room smelled like an ashtray and Expedia was not able to help one bit.

Having the Wyndham name won't change the fact that this is an overpriced motel with poor service, dirty tables and trash strewed on the walkways, a terrible breakfast (no protein offers), and in a bad neighborhood.

A list of fails for the hotel... 1. Broken hinge on the toilet seat. 2. Only one chair in the room 3. Faucet in the sink broken, hot water only trickles out 4. Shower spray only hits lower body 5. Room very dark, no overhead light, only little dim lamps at 4 ft. above the floor. 6. Breakfast ran out of food before the posted end time 7. No coat hangers in room or closet 8. No hair drier in our room, only available after clerk purchased a new one a few days later 9. One bright point, attendant at the front desk were cordial and helpful... 10. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel even thought it is rather low priced...

En general el hotel está en condiciones buenas, limpieza regular, porque puede mejorar, así como el mantenimiento a las instalaciones en general. Desayuno promedio, cumple con el objetivo. No me gustó que entra gente en calidad de calle a la hora del desayuno y el personal de la recepción no dice nada.

The worst experience I’ve had! Roaches and flies in my room. Mold in the shower and surrounding walls. Crackheads outside trying to open my door. People doing drugs with their door open. Cops arriving at night to arrest a group of people. Stains on the sheets. Glitter and body beads on the sheets. Non functioning microwave.

location was good but the property is very rundown. Room was in pretty bad shape and it continued into the bathroom. Shower curtain was nothing but mold and mildew and they could fix a lot with some wood repair and fresh paint. Main sink didn’t drain well at all making shaving an unpleasant task.

The property doesn’t let you know they are “remodeling” no breakfast no restroom in lobby people are standing outside all around it’s unsafe my shower was at my waist level with a handle I had to hold to shower look like a handicap room. Awful just awful pictures are very deceiving.

This is the filthiest place I’ve ever seen! Room Smelled awful like cigarettes and Weed and the room was just overall disgusting, It literally had cobwebs everywhere and the floors looked like they’ve never been mopped. I booked the room for 3 nights and only stayed 1 because we didn’t have a choice . I had random people knocking on my door multiple times. The shower didn’t work , couldn’t adjust the temperature because the faucet was broken , we couldn’t even turn it off ! Maintenance never came , we left before they even showed up , as we were leaving one of the employees was outside and we let him know the water was running and he said it does that all the time. We were given this room even though they knew the shower wouldn’t work. Unacceptable!

The hotel was gross. There was chewed gum stuck to the wall, the door was dirty with and prints and dirt. The floors seemed like they had not been swept or mopped ever. Even though the front desk told me no smoking in the room, it had such a strong stench of cigarette smoke. The lobby had lots of homeless people getting the breakfast in the morning. We never felt safe here. We will not be staying again.

The room was spacious and the hotel is right off the highway and accessible to many restaurants which was convenient. The floor was sticky so I wore my slippers. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Do not choose this place!
Terrible experience in this place. The service, breakfast, cleaness, quietness were all in the worst grade. Did not satisfy with it therefore request a early checkout, however never got an answer about it. Stay there for three nights but were forced to pay 7 nights( as I reserved), just like been robbed away my dollars...

It was very weird and unsafe to stay at this property. The front desk was provided which was full of flies, he gave another room when we complained and there was flies in second room as well. The property is very unsafe and full of homeless people wander around the property. We saw a guy carrying gun early morning. I was also watching from my window that one weird homeless guy was touching the cars in the property. I tried to call front desk from the landline but nobody picked the call. I would not recommend to stay at this property for just to save some dollars. It might risk your life and your belongings and car.

There were some great upgrades, but the tub & surround were moldy, hair and dirt all over bathroom floor. Main hardwood floor was tacky, and unclean. Staff checked me in while talking in another language to someone on speaker on their cell phone THE WHOLE TIME. I asked a simple question of how much deposit was being charged, but he never did tell me. Absolutely terrible. Bed was clean, thank God.

The room was clean. Old but clean. People next door was hitting the walls. Smells Marijuana when you walk around. Breakfast is very limited and poor quality.

The motel was filthy! The room was horrible! The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor so when you sat on it you felt like you were going to fall off, the seat was broken. The beds made loud horrible noises when you got in it or moved. There were homeless people all over the place! I will never stay there again!!! It didn’t look anything like your website said it was.

I got to the hotel probably around 4 or after and they still did not have rooms ready. I didn't even have towels in my room just a few smaller cloths. When I asked they forgot to bring towels to my room then acted like it was an inconvenience for them to go get me towels. The room and sheets were dirty. The "breakfast" was a waffle machine and some yogurt and not even butter or syrup to go with it. DO NOT STAY HERE
