Just a couple of minutes from bus stop for airport bus. Area looks a little dicey as it’s close to bus station with a few down and outs but at no time did I feel unsafe, even late in the evening. Very handy to walk into town. Nice places to eat nearby, especially recommend L’Os à Moëlle - great cassoulet. Room was very clean and fairly quiet.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Raymond
Perfect location when staying in Toulouse. Walkable to every where. The staff were friendly, helpful and charming. Late at night we could hear some street noises, but they did not last for long. Our room was a little dusty but nothing serious. For an older hotel it is well maintained and the beds are comfortable.

La ubicacion perfecta! Muy cerca del centro y zona tranquila. La limpieza muy buena. La habitacion pequeña y con necesidad de reforma. Lampara rota, armarios sin puertas y todo para mi gusto muy viejo. El parking necesita arreglar todas las paredes. A alguien le habia caido algo al suelo y estuvo alli los 3 dias que aparcamos. En resumen ubicacion perfecta pero para mi gusto con una reforma seria ideal para un tres estrellas.

We arrived too early for check in. The staff was very kind to let us leave our bags there. The room was not furnished well. There was an wardrobe across the room corners instead of being attached to the wall. There was a kettle but no tea bags of coffee. The bathroom is quite big with a bath.The building is old with wooden floors. We could hear the people walk in the room above. This is scary for me.

El personal del hotel no hace caso de las peticiones realizadas. Avise desde abril que queria habitacion con dos camas y no me dijeron nada. Al llegar al hotel me dicen que no es posible porque valia mas cara y en lugar de avisarme cuando hice la peticion, me ofrecen a la llegada una habitacion triple( no habia con dos camas ) al precio actual....no se cuando la reservé.

Hola señora, gracias por tomarse el tiempo para publicar un comentario. Acabamos de retomar el historial de reservas y cambios. Había reservado dos habitaciones dobles y no hay una solicitud específica para la habitación doble. Debes saber que Expedia marca "bajo petición" y que depende del hotel decidir si no hacemos la diferencia. En lo que a nosotros respecta, marcamos una pequeña diferencia en este hotel. Así que no es un hecho. Sin embargo, usted tenía una habitación triple y no entendemos su insatisfacción ya que necesariamente en una habitación triple hay al menos dos camas...Esperando haber sido claro en nuestra respuesta.Excelente continuación. La dirección.
