I had a short business trip to Toulouse and the Hotel was good for what I needed. It is centrally located with easy access to the airport bus. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, theair conditioning was excellent and was just what was needed on what was a very hot day.

Very good large beds. Dogs accepted. Quite a nice cold continental breakfast - a bit limited in cold meats, jams etc but fresh bread and croissants and gorgeous hot chocolate. Kettle is ok but paper cups, paper stirrers and no milk makes it facilities very basic. Great shower and bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Raymond

Perfect location when staying in Toulouse. Walkable to every where. The staff were friendly, helpful and charming. Late at night we could hear some street noises, but they did not last for long. Our room was a little dusty but nothing serious. For an older hotel it is well maintained and the beds are comfortable.

Just a couple of minutes from bus stop for airport bus. Area looks a little dicey as it’s close to bus station with a few down and outs but at no time did I feel unsafe, even late in the evening. Very handy to walk into town. Nice places to eat nearby, especially recommend L’Os à Moëlle - great cassoulet. Room was very clean and fairly quiet.

Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. We also got a lot of noise from gurgling pipes inside the room, so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Very good value overall.

Positive: This is a decent hotel located in a pretty good spot (walking distance from the city centre). Room was ok (bathroom very narrow) and the AC was good. Staff was nice. No problems when checking in or out. Not too noisy. Negative: We didn’t get two beds as requested. Windows weren’t clean, and the full rug just generally felt unhygienic. The soap in the shower definitely felt watered-down. A hotel safe and an iron would’ve been nice.

What I like about this hotel: 1). Staff members are super nice and kind. 2). It is very close to the train station and walking distance to attractions in Toulouse. 3). The room is nice size and clean What I don’t like about this hotel: noise. I was given a room facing the street the first night I was there. It was so noisy with people yelling all night long until 5:30am. I couldn’t sleep that night because the noise was so loud. I asked the hotel to give me a room on other side with no street. Then it was very quiet and I could sleep through the night. The area around it is ok, a little dirty. But inside the hotel I felt safe.
