Thank you for sharing your experience at Iguazú Grand dear Mr. Jagadeesh.It makes us feel happy that the staff was very helpfull!We apologize for the issues you encountered regarding the lack of coffee maker, we do not offer it because we have a coffee service at breakfast time. We understand your disappointment with the power outages, unfortunatly, this is a very frequent problem in our city and affects all the hotels and houses. To deal with these cases we have a power generator that starts working a few seconds after the main power goes out.We hope to improve your experience on a future visit.Best Regards.
