Great assistance late.
After reading some unkind reviews about windowless rooms I booked the reasonably priced Executive Option and was given a split level apartment with a sauna ! I arrived late and found that the promised shuttle service had to be booked although no prior advise was given as to this requirement. The stay started awkwardly as I had to have the typical conversation with the reluctant airport taxi driver about going short distances but the end cost in US$ or Euro terms was very modest.
I did arrive after room service has closed but the hotel arranged for some fast inexpensive and delicious BBQ food to be delivered.
The breakfast was very Asian but the fresh omlette option will cover most bases.
The hotel aimed to please and late evening shuttle apart could not have done more.
