I ended up here during Web summit with a last minute reservation -there where no other options available- and I have to say it surprised me. The place is clean. The staff is ok. The location is great. It is what it is, a bed to sleep a few hours and keep going.

Good Affordable stay in Bairro Alto, good location
I booked the double room (double bed) with private bathroom. The bathroom was slightly small but on the other side, this is right in the centre of Bairro Alto and at a very good affordable price. Also the cleaner was very nice and cleaned the room daily ! The receptionist swere mostly very nice and friendly too. After 12 AM you have to ring the bell to go in, which is ok, but I am only giving 4 stars, because the receptionist the last night reminded me that I need to checkout tomorrow, just because I went to the room late after a night out. He repeated twice the checkout time.

Excellent low budget hotel in the heart of the Barrio Alto. Comfortable beds, lively bars and restaurants a little noisy (which adds to the atmosphere) until about midnight then slept well - quiet mornings. Very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon because it is so conveniently located.

Als gebürtiger Portugiese vom Land sind mir die hygienischen Bedingungen im Land bewusst, deshalb waren meine Erwartungen nicht sehr hoch. Tatsächlich sollte man als sehr reiner Mensch nicht allzu genau hinschauenden. In der Dusche gibt es Schimmel in den Dichtungen. Dennoch, war unser Aufenthalt sehr positiv beeindruckt. Schneller Check in, super Freundlichkeit, reinigungskräfte sehr nett (Betten müssen nicht täglich frisch bezogen werden), Klimaanlage super Zustand, Lage für uns perfekt. Dennoch: wer es lieber sehr sehr sehr ruhig möchte, der sollte sich eher eine Unterkunft in einem anderen Stadtteil suchen! Im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden.

Ottima la posizione nel Barrio Alto, con possibilità di fare serata in localini a due passi. Abbiamo preso una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Prezzo sotto la media di Lisbona. Buona la pulizia della camera ma l'acqua della doccia a volte usciva scura impiegava tanto tempo a diventare calda.

The room was different from the one published and that we booked initially. We had booked a double bed room but the room had 2 small single beds and completely different from the picture. Other than this, everything was good. Room was in touristic area of the city and everything was clean.

Disappointed with the property. The attic room that we received was not matching the image on the website and was too small for a family of 4. It is dated, the shower is missing one door, and water leaks to the floor. The biggest issue - there never was any parking available while it was listed as one of the property amenities.- this was simply a lie! I wouldn't book this place as we were traveling by car. More than that - car access to the area is restricted to taxis only, and other cars entering the restricted section of the old city get a fine. This information should have been provided on the website! The only thanks to the cleaning ladies for clean bedding and attempt to make the room more pleasant.

he room you booked 1 room with 1 double bed + 2 sofas with private bathroom and air conditioning availableand according to the scores of other customers with good grades.as for access to the hotel, it is restricted to cars, but we have parks around the hotel, the information is usually only written if there is a park

Great hotel in the heart of Bauer Alto. As long as you remember you are in the old town so space is at a premium you won’t be disappointed. Helps or local restaurants close by and a small convenience store directly across the road

La stanza era molto piccola e il bagno minuscolo. La nostra stanza si affacciava sulla strada e il rumore dei clienti dei ristoranti si sentiva fino a notte fonda, anche se attenuati chiudendo la finestra e usando l'aria condizionata. Personale gentile, stanza pulita. Ottima posizione

This hotel was located in an area close to a metro stop and many dining choices. The people attending the local bars were sometimes noisy late into the night.

Hôtel bien placé et réception accessible 24/7 Standing très basique, confort sommaire, salle de douche vétuste avec des fuites partout. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas non plus dans ma chambre.

Close to everything. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay very basic room but clean and mostly comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only real Negative was the shower was clogged and would overflow. It’s an older property but no real complaints I would stay again in a pinch. I would rate it a 7 out of 10.

Just an OK place
Location was perfect, you can walk from there easily everywhere since is located barrio alto. Room was ok, it had everything I needed, the bathroom was really small but at least I had one in my room. The toilet was leaking, and at night it gets really loud since the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars. The person in the lobby was not very welcoming or friendly maybe because I don’t speak any Portuguese but overall this place is ok for what I paid.

It certainly has not been renovated in years. The bathroom are in very bad condition. The siphons are clogged and you can not shower normally. We change two room. Both have this problem. The only good thing about that hotel is the man who is working on reception at night. He is very friendly and helpful.

La struttura è modesta, non c'è l'ascensore, il bagno è molto piccolo. Ma la location è perfetta, la pulizia ottima, il personale gentile, ac funzionante e noi avevamo una camera con un piccolo balconcino (perfetto per stendere o fumare una sigaretta).

Struttura centralissima, in un quartiere molto vivace e pieno di locali, per cui non adatto a chi ama la quiete, ma adatto a chi piace la movida. Il bagno in camera era molto piccolo ma funzionale. Non c'é ascensore, e le camere si trovano al primo e secondo piano. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sistemazione molto semplice senza troppe pretese, ma molto pulita.
