Staff kind and polite. Picture from terass in Hotels.com so bad. Wasnt even any terass set on. Only much birds in small cage and Dirty. We have familyroom for 5. Was ok and comfort bed. Elevator terrible.. roof in almost fall down. But for the money downtown in Kairo its ok. Can think for be back sure. But please fix terass so guest can stay little there. Best regards from Sweden family.

Hostel central, com staff simpático e acolhedor. O café da manhã é pobre e tem início apenas às 08h. Os quartos são amplos e arejados, mas precisam de manutenção. Internet de boa qualidade.

Location is very good, in the city centre and only 10-15 walking distance from the Egyptian Museum. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Room and place are ok, not very trendy or fancy of course and good to bring your own amenities. Good choice if you look for a place to stay in the city centre at a lower cost. Shops are near by for snacks and drinks, a bit far away from restaurants or KFC/ McDonald’s like 10 mins walk. The hotel has their own restaurant offering simple local breakfast and also dinner dishes at very reasonable price. Overall 5 stars for the staffs and 4 stars for the rest.

手で押して出入りするタイプのエレベーターに乗って12階に行くとあります。アーリーチェックインは部屋代の半額でしたので頼みました。バルコニーがあるが、トイレシャワーは別の部屋に行かなければいけない部屋か、バルコニーはないがトイレシャワーは同じ部屋についてる部屋かを選べたのでバルコニー付きの部屋にしました。トイレシャワーは確かに部屋にないですが、部屋の向かい側にあるので問題はありませんでした。それよりビール飲みながらバルコニーから見る景色がカイロの街を眺められてよかったです。総じて大満足です。

Wonderful way to end our vacation in Egypt
The Osiris was the perfect hotel for our two day stay in Cairo: Convenient location, quiet due to being on the 12th floor, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room with a relatively new A/C unit. We loved the rooftop terrace and the cozy patio. We can certainly see why Lonely Planet recommends this hotel and why it has very good Hotels.com ratings. If we make it back to Cairo, we would stay here again and will recommend it to our friends who might travel to Egypt.

Pleasant stay!!
Thank you for the stay! God ratio price-service-cleanliness. But of course not the same cleanliness as in Sweden. I went alone as a woman, but I also had some help the first night to check in my my Egyptian friend. I felt safe. 65 EGP for the breakfast on the roof terrasse nice! The roof terrasse is amazing and the small colourful birds! Wifi not so good, I was using my Vodafone simcard for video calls for work.

Good budget accommodation in an older building close to centre of town and all the attractions including museum, Kaled Al-Khalili bazaar, citadel. Great city views from rooftop as it is taller than most of the surrounding buildings

Pour le rapport qualité-prix et la situation
Depuis mon dernier séjour à l'Osiris, l'hôtel a changé de main. Josiane et Nabil ne sont plus là et ça se ressent. J'y ai séjourné à deux reprises en mai et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent mais j'ai constaté un relâchement sur le ménage. Et la déco pourrait être modernisée à moindre frais. Lors de notre deuxième séjour, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude malgré une réclamation et une réparation effectuée. Heureusement, comme nous avions deux chambres, nous avons pu nous doucher dans la seconde ! Avant, le petit-déj était copieux et servi à table. C'est désormais un buffet et c'est plutôt léger. Il manque notamment un laitage. Le personnel ne remet pas quand les plats sont vides malgré la demande... Un plat fini est fini et tant pis pour les suivants. Là encore, il ne suffirait pas de grand-chose pour que ça soit mieux mais encore faut-il s'en donner les moyens et/ou augmenter légèrement le tarif. Sinon, la situation est toujours idéale en plein centre du Caire avec une magnifique terrasse qui s'ouvre sur la citadelle et la tour du Caire. Le lieu est un vrai havre de paix dans le brouhaha permanent du centre du Caire. De cet hôtel, il est possible de rayonner facilement et rapidement et à moindre frais grâce notamment à l'application Uber pour ceux qui ne veulent pas parlementer avec les taxis... Malgré une petite déception, je recommande mais j'émets quand même un bémol.

Hotel on the 12th floor of an older building. Yes, there's an rlevator! Nice lobby with chairs and decorative touches. A balcony adjacent to the lobby with a couple of tables and a selectiin of books other travelers have left behind. Clean, tidy eooms. Nothing fancy. A small fridge, decent TV, and, most importanrly, A/C! Pretty small shower and hot water lasted just long enough to wash and condition my hair. BTW - no beer contrary to what was mentioned before. But nice little restaurant on lovely rooftop patio. Views were great. AND my room towards the back was quiet!! That is a miracle in downtown Cairo.

Très bon hôtel au Caire dans une rue calme avec un roof top splendide qui permet de voir les deux facettes de la ville. Le personnel est prévenant et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. A recommander sans hésitation.
