perfect location for Benidorm Palace, comfortable beds and pleasant private balcony. For us the perfect location ..... it would be totally different in July August I am sure but for out of main season a place we will definitely use again.

Rid Stewart weekend.
My wife & I had a lovely stay at the Mediteraneo fhe staff as befire were very pleasant and helpfull. The food served was nice but unfortunatly the bacon was not very good small minus but everything else was good. The room was nice and comfy but 2 chairs please. Again didnt matter to us but the tv didnt work probably battery problem.

This hotel is amazing it’s chilled relaxing and suitable for all Except loud parties if you want loud parties this insn’t the place for you staff are great rooms are spotless and clean Would highly recommend.

Hôtel calme, propre, accueillant. Idéal pour les vacances. Pas trop proche du centre ville qui reste accessible à pied. Buffet très bien, propose le tout inclus.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and the head chef was also very proud of their dishes which made eating more enjoyable. Overall great.

Anniversary Break in Benidorm
We booked this Hotel for 3 nights because of its proximity to Benidorm Palace. It is directly opposite and ideal to get to after the Show. Very clean and large bedroom. All good apart from Restaurant where we felt food offering was not up to the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed in previously in Benidorm. First time we have not been able to have Cava with breakfast. Very disappointing as it was our Ruby Wedding anniversary!

A weekend in Benidorm at Hotel |Mediterranean
First time in this Hotel and I loved it. A large bright room, comfortable beds and some UK TV channels. A large outdoor pool and an indoor pool. Staff in the restaurant very efficient, helpful and cheerful. The good choice of food to suite everyone's taste All parts of the Hotel were clean and bright. Ideal place to stay if you plan to visit Benidorm Palace. Safe parking in the Hotels underground car park.

Very clean food was good the staff were very friendly the only down fall that I found with the hotel was the entertainment which I thought was very poor.

We‘ve never been to Benidorm before and didn’t know what to expect but the hotel was quiet, safe and the staff were really friendly. The pool area was great and the hotel was in a convenient spot and right opposite the Benidorm Palace theatre. The only thing that let it down a bit was the all inclusive food which was very English, except a decent paella at lunchtimes but it was tasty if not very adventurous!

100% schoon/ hygienisch. Bij het buffet eten werdt ook.constant alles nagekeken en opscheplepels vervangen.mijn complimenten over de totale hygiene. Wel lawaaiiig, slapen voor 00.00 is lastig ivm optredens. Het eten was goed, zeker voor de Hotels hier.

Drove to Hotel from Gibraltar to see a show at Benidorm Palace This hotel is situated just opposite the show Venue We went half board and the food was value for money It was clean and the evening entertainment quite acceptable However I had to pay extra for covered parking because my booking was via Hotels .com Upon querying this I was informed that free parking was only applicable to bookings directly with the hotel Perhaps Hotels.com could look into this and rectify if possible

We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Was ideal place to stay for the Benidorm palace. A long walk ( maybe ) for some people to the town and sea front.

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit en janvier
Parfait compte tenu du prix que j’ai payé Juste en face du benidorm palace ou Nous avions rendez vous avec des amis . Parking attenant très pratique pour seulement 10€ mais chambre à deux lits simples sans que ce soit spécifié ..personnel sympa rien à dire sur les humains , tout est propre mais les chambres et couloirs sont sans charme ...pas de moquette pour atténuer le bruit des pas...Lits avec juste une couvre lit fin au mois de janvier et chambre peu chauffée ....au milieu de la nuit on a attrapé deux couvertures vertes dans le placard heureusement. Juste 2 mini savonnettes et un peigne dans salle de bains . Petit déjeuner sans saveur ( j’ai acheté de meilleures viennoiseries dans un petit magasin d’alimentation à côté ...une usine à touriste certainement plus orienté familles que week end en amoureux . Nous avions un 3 étoiles dans une petite ville juste avant avec des chambres tellement plus standing que nous nous sommes interrogés sur les 4 étoiles ...sans doute car services déjeuner et piscine . En même temps je suis un peu exigeante mais vraiment les couloirs et les chambres font plus penser à une auberge de jeunesse qu’à un 4 étoiles . Sans doute que l’été c’est plus sympa car proche de la mer .
