전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔
키친에서 일하는 여종업한테 가족모두가 욕을 먹었네요~ 아기 1살짜리 밥 좀 줄려고 접시 좀 달라했더니 못마땅한 표정으로 주는것도 그렇고 키친에 뜨거운물 받으러 갔다가 키친에 발딛었다고 개욕하네요 넌 이 키친에 들어올 자격이 없다 당장 나가라고 하네요ㅡㅡ 주방에 못들어가니 아기 밥도 못주고 전자렌지도 없는줄 알았네요 나중에 체크아웃할때 전자렌지가 있다는걸 알았습니다 하하 웃음만 나오네요 종업원 한명때문에 좋은평가를 못주겠네요

작년에 숙박하였을 때는 테라스 있는 방을 예약해서인지 가격 대비 대만족 올해는 가면 축제 기간이 껴서 있는 방 예약했더니 101호 방과 붙은 곳은 리셉션, 호텔 직원 목소리 계속 피처링. 매일 밤 라디오 꺼달라 부탁, 뭐 여기까지 참을 수 있다. 사진과 같이 샤워장에 물이 안내려감. 와이프는 밤에, 나는 아침에 샤워해야 함. 101호 피하지 못하고 2층 테라스방 방 예약 못했다면 도망가시라.

산타루치아 역 건너편에 있어 다른도시 이동시 편리함. 일찍도착하여 짐을 보관하였는데 임의적인 호텔 장소에 보관하였으나 따로 잠금잠치가있는곳이아니어서 분실의 가능성이 있을 것 같다는 생각을 하였음.

리노베이션을 얼마 전에 끝냈는지 방이랑 욕실 엄청 깨끗하고 모두 새거였습니다 특히 무료조식 훌륭하며 엘레베이터도 있고 모든게 만족스러웠으나 wifi가 정말 안터집니다 그리고 저녁에 일하는 리셉션 아저씨가 경직된 스타일인데 말이 너무 빨라서 계속 다시 물어봤네요;;; 공항 이용객들에게는 참 좋은 위치 입니다 버스정류장인 로마광장에서 걸어서 5분 거리 Room is clean and new one Elevator is available Breakfast is great Wifi is not good It takes 5min from Roma on foot

서비스,조식 다 좋음. 건물이 좀 오래 됨.
신혼여행 중 큰맘 먹고 5성호텔로 찾다가 간 호텔. 서비스 진짜 좋고 호텔 조식도 진짜 괜찮았음. 단점은 건물이 오래되었다는거 말고는 딱히 없었음. 호텔 건물도 정말 멋있음. 인터라켄역에서 가까움.

숙박 시설은 진짜 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗하고 냉장고도 시원하게 잘 돌아가고, 샹들리에도 이쁘고요. 다만 조금 오래된 느낌의 가구들과, 이 호텔에 가기 위해선 베네치아 산타루치아역에서 계단으로 만들어진 다리를 건너야한다는 단점이있어요. 무거운 짐 이동하셔야하는 분들은 참고하셔야 될것같아요. 그래도 작은, 조금 오래된 호텔치고는 깨끗하고, 친절하고, 여느 이탈리아 호텔같이 아침도 넉넉하고 맛있었어요!

돈이아까운최악의호텔(the worst hotel)
이탈리아 여행의 마지막이 베니스였어요 일단 굉장히 피곤이 쌓여있는 상태로 9일째 여행을 맞이했는데 호텔에 도착하자마자 진짜 뜨헉 했습니다.방에 들어갔는데 문여는 순간 곰팡이냄새나고 습기때문에 침구랑 방은 꾸덕꾸덕하고 에어컨 트니까 천장에서 물이 뚝뚝 떨어져서 거짓말 안하고 휴지통 아래에 두고 물받아놓고 잤습니다. 지금생각해보면 왜 방한번 바꿔달라고 안했는지.... 너무 피곤해서 그냥 이용했던거 같습니다. 조식도 정말 별로고 화장실도 좁고 게다가 호텔방키가 하나뿐이라서 일행이 열쇠를 들고 나갔는데 카운터에 열쇠달라니까 열쇠없다고 자기네들 직원키 들고 올라와서 열어주면서 다음부터 잘 챙기라고 불친절하게 말하고 말이죠.. 별4개자리 호텔이라고 붙여놓고 싼가격도 아닌데 진짜 너무 돈아까워서 나중에 체력이 충전되고 나니까 화가나더라구요.. 정말 다시는 가고싶지 않은 호텔입니다.

모든게 좋았던 호텔
호텔 전체가 깔끔했고 로비에 항상 직원이 있어서 모르는 것을 물어보기 수월했다. 방 역시 크고 조용하고 깔끔했으나 에어컨이 갑자기 안돼서 2박 중 하루는 에어컨을 쓰지 못하였다. 에어컨이 고장난 것 빼고는 아침 역시 괜찮았고 근처에 빨래방 역시 있어서 만족스러웠다.

We stayed at the Gardena Hotel for 2 nights in October and loved it! The room was very clean and is a good size (we had the room with the balcony). It’s located right off the Grand Canal, and is walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants, and is a 5 minute walk to the bus/taxi station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station (enezia San Lucia). The staff is very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again!

The major downfall of this property was that it was incredibly warm in our room despite having the air conditioner turned up all the way. I'm sure it has to do with the grid and being old but the hallway and even outside were cooler than our room. We found ourselves using our portable fans multiple times in the room. The location was excellent (right across from the train station so it wasn't a problem to wheel our luggage over). The staff were friendly and the breakfast (though modest) was delicious.

Great Hotel! Worth every euro.
This hotel was exactly what my wife and I wanted. Close to the train and bus station. Walkable to everything. Beautiful room, friendly service and the US can take a lesson on what a continental breakfast is because this was amazing. Cakes, pastries, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juice, hard boiled eggs, etc. My only wish is that we had a few more days to stay there.

Nice stay even if costy
A nice stay all in all. The hotel was close to bus stop and railway station. Easy access and not the most touristy area. Beautiful room and friendly service. Grande canal just around the corner. The prize was extremely high (might be so in Venice), what you get for the money isn't what could be expected elsewhere. Almost 400 euros a night without bathrobes, sparkling or other complementaries is a lot. Added also a city tax of 7 euros a day for two people. We spent three full days and had a great time in Venice city, Lido and taking trips. One stay was great but due to how prizy it is once is enough. Enjoy!

Gardena Hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso. Um belíssimo equilíbrio entre o clássico e o moderno. Localização super conveniente, decoração de extremo bom gosto e o serviço ao cliente impecável. Do primeiro ao último dia de hospedagem Pietro e equipe excederam as expectativas, uma ressalva também para a belíssima visto do quarto. Só tenho a agradecer e recomendar muito, não há lugar melhor para ficar em Veneza.

Onze kamer was erg netjes en zag er uitstekend uit. De bedden waren een tikkeltje stevig, maar sliepen prima. Het enige waar men rekening moet houden is dat Venetië veel water en dus ook veel muggen heeft.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert
Ein sehr schön renoviertes und sauberes Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war äusserst freundlich. Unsere Anreise war mit dem Auto, doch beim nächsten Mal werden wir bestimmt den Zug nehmen. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss locker in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und auch die Verkehrsmittel (Boote) sind in max. 3 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ive enjoyed staying in the hotel, it was clean tidy, close to all amenities breakfast a bit poorly it can be better, one of the staff who is serving breakfast was not friendly at all, internet was not good at all, we couldn't use it, but overall was ok.

Wir waren das 2 mal im Hotel Gardena und werden wiederkommen. Super sauber, alle sind sehr freundlich besonders der Rezeptionist am Vormittag, er spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch. Vom Piazza Roma wo wir unser Auto geparkt hatten, 10 Minuten entfernt. Sehr zentral gelegen, beim Bahnhof gegenüber ist die Linie 1 wo man bis zum Lido fahren kann mit Stops bei der Realto Brücke. Viele Lokale in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder.

Tutto perfetto, ottima posizione a due passi dalla stazione e comodo quindi per lasciare subito il bagaglio e partire alla scoperta di Venezia. Camera con vista sul canale splendida.

Super gelegenes Hotel, leicht seitlich von dem Hauptkanal, 10 Min zu Fuß zu Rialtobrücke. Nur wenige Minuten zu den Bus- und Zugstationen. In der Nähe bezahlbare und nette Kneipen. Wir hatten einen schönem Kanalblick aus dem Fenster und viel Helligkeit (betrifft vielleicht nicht alle Zimmer). Ausstattung klassisch aber sauber. Badezimmer modern und geräumig. Das Frühstück war unter den Corona Bedingungen sehr gut organisiert und reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
